{"id":427336,"date":"2023-07-18T11:20:07","date_gmt":"2023-07-18T09:20:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=427336"},"modified":"2023-07-18T11:20:07","modified_gmt":"2023-07-18T09:20:07","slug":"utiliser-la-mram-pour-des-puces-plus-sures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/utiliser-la-mram-pour-des-puces-plus-sures\/","title":{"rendered":"Utiliser la MRAM pour des puces plus s\u00fbres"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Des chercheurs de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 Northwestern, aux \u00c9tats-Unis, ont mis au point une m\u00e9thode qui pourrait permettre de concevoir et de produire des puces\u00a0 plus s\u00fbres \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la m\u00e9moire magn\u00e9tique.<\/h4>\n<p>Ils ont mis au point une technologie de m\u00e9moire magn\u00e9tique \u00e0 acc\u00e8s al\u00e9atoire (MRAM) contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par tension, en ajoutant des caract\u00e9ristiques suppl\u00e9mentaires qui fournissent une empreinte digitale unique pour chaque composant et qui peuvent \u00eatre modifi\u00e9es ou ajust\u00e9es dynamiquement pour renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et prot\u00e9ger contre le clonage ou la copie non autoris\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les fonctions reconfigurables et physiquement inclonables (PUF) peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour s\u00e9curiser les composants. Le fait de disposer d&rsquo;un PUF pouvant \u00eatre reconfigur\u00e9 par l&rsquo;utilisateur final de la puce est avantageux car il permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un nouvel ensemble de paires d\u00e9fi-r\u00e9ponse (CRP) inclonables, m\u00eame si les CRP initiales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement ou partiellement d\u00e9couvertes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/deal-for-quantum-secure-edge-processor\/\">Un accord pour cr\u00e9er un processeur de pointe \u00e0 s\u00e9curit\u00e9 quantique<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/flex-logix-and-intrinsic-id-offer-mission-critical-efpga-security\/\">Flex Logix et Intrinsic ID offrent une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 eFPGA critique<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/iot-blockchain-alliance-promises-security-down-to-chip-level\/\">L&rsquo;alliance blockchain IoT promet une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;au niveau de la puce<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Khalili et ses coll\u00e8gues ont montr\u00e9 que la reconfiguration de leur PUF \u00e0 base de MRAM peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e rapidement par des impulsions de tension tr\u00e8s br\u00e8ves, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une avanc\u00e9e pour la MRAM qui pourrait potentiellement la rendre plus adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;application.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La consolidation de la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement de la fabrication de semiconducteurs pose d&rsquo;importants probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Pedram Khalili, professeur agr\u00e9g\u00e9 d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie \u00e9lectrique et informatique \u00e0 la McCormick School of Engineering. \u00ab\u00a0Par cons\u00e9quent, la technologie cryptographique bas\u00e9e sur des primitives de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au niveau du mat\u00e9riel appara\u00eet comme une option attrayante, avec comme exemple cl\u00e9 les fonctions physiquement non clonables\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les performances du PUF propos\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es en termes d&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9, d&rsquo;unicit\u00e9, de reconfigurabilit\u00e9 et de fiabilit\u00e9, et les mesures requises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 atteintes dans tous les domaines\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M.
