Les cellules de la batterie ont une \u00e9paisseur de 0,1 mm et une empreinte de 1 mm <sup>2<\/sup>. La cl\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans le fait que les batteries peuvent \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9es sur un wafer de 200 mm avec d\u00e9p\u00f4t, gravure et passivation, et l&rsquo;entreprise recherche actuellement un site pour une salle blanche qui devrait \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnelle en 2026.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/solid-state-battery-for-wearables-is-1mm-thick\/\">Une batterie \u00e0 semi-conducteurs de 1 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur pour les appareils portables<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/first-uk-shipment-of-solid-state-batteries-targets-wearables\/\">Premi\u00e8re livraison au Royaume-Uni de piles \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide pour les appareils portables<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les prototypes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9s sur la ligne pilote de 200 mm du Leti \u00e0 Grenoble et pr\u00e9sentent une densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de 250 Wh\/l. Le rendement est actuellement de 50 %, mais la nouvelle salle blanche devrait permettre d&rsquo;atteindre un rendement de 80 \u00e0 90 %. Ceux-ci seraient combin\u00e9s avec les piles pour une surveillance \u00e0 long terme de la pression intra-oculaire (PIO) dans le globe oculaire.
