Cette approche utilise des techniques particuli\u00e8rement applicables aux architectures photoniques et permet de r\u00e9duire de 80 % le nombre d&rsquo;op\u00e9rations de porte n\u00e9cessaires pour casser une cl\u00e9 ECC, ainsi que de diviser par 700 le temps de calcul par rapport aux algorithmes quantiques les plus avanc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Cette architecture de volume actif exploite les connexions \u00e0 longue port\u00e9e au sein de l&rsquo;ordinateur quantique et permet de r\u00e9duire de 700 fois les besoins en ressources informatiques pour casser les cl\u00e9s ECC par rapport aux algorithmes quantiques les plus r\u00e9cents. Il s&rsquo;agit \u00e9galement d&rsquo;un temps de calcul beaucoup plus court que les milliards d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires aux ordinateurs conventionnels pour casser une cl\u00e9 ECC de 256 bits.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, le craquage de cl\u00e9s ECC de 256 bits n\u00e9cessite encore des ordinateurs quantiques dot\u00e9s de millions de qubits physiques. M\u00eame si les ordinateurs quantiques photoniques peuvent r\u00e9duire la taille du syst\u00e8me requis, cela n\u00e9cessite toujours une machine beaucoup plus grande qu&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/psiquantum-taps-gf-to-get-to-a-million-qubits\/\">PsiQuantum fait appel \u00e0 GF pour atteindre un million de qubits<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/ceo-interview-jeremy-obrien-psiquantum\/\">Interview du PDG : Jeremy O&rsquo;Brien, PsiQuantum<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les cl\u00e9s RSA et ECC pourraient \u00eatre facilement cass\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;ordinateurs quantiques \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. Des algorithmes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverts pour les ordinateurs quantiques qui peuvent, contrairement aux ordinateurs conventionnels, inverser efficacement les op\u00e9rations math\u00e9matiques au c\u0153ur de RSA et ECC. Plusieurs documents de recherche ont explor\u00e9 les algorithmes quantiques pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de cl\u00e9s RSA et ECC au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies. Bien que les op\u00e9rations math\u00e9matiques soient plus complexes, il est plus facile de casser des cl\u00e9s ECC de 256 bits que des cl\u00e9s RSA de 2048 bits, car les cl\u00e9s plus courtes n\u00e9cessitent moins d&rsquo;op\u00e9rations arithm\u00e9tiques gourmandes en ressources.<\/p>\n<p>La technique de compilation du volume actif est particuli\u00e8rement applicable aux architectures photoniques plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;aux qubits bas\u00e9s sur la mati\u00e8re tels que les pi\u00e8ges \u00e0 ions ou les qubits supraconducteurs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Ces r\u00e9sultats illustrent une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 caract\u00e9ristique du domaine de l&rsquo;informatique quantique, \u00e0 savoir que si de nombreux progr\u00e8s sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par le biais d&rsquo;un d\u00e9veloppement progressif lent et dificile, il n&rsquo;est pas non plus surprenant d&rsquo;assister \u00e0 d&rsquo;\u00e9normes bonds en avant d&rsquo;un ordre de grandeur ou plus. En raison de cette impr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;impact potentiel \u00e9lev\u00e9 de la technologie, les entreprises et les organisations qui d\u00e9veloppent des ordinateurs quantiques ont la lourde responsabilit\u00e9 de veiller \u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;informatique quantique soit d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re responsable et transparente.
