La puce a une vitesse de transfert de donn\u00e9es de 2,4 Gbits par seconde, soit une augmentation de 50 % par rapport \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, et une augmentation d&rsquo;environ 20 % de la vitesse de lecture et d&rsquo;\u00e9criture.\u00a0Le produit de Sk Hynix\u00a0 comporte \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s le m\u00eame nombre de couches que les produits de YMTC et Micron (232 couches).<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 commencera par fournir le produit NAND \u00e0 238 couches pour les smartphones et adaptera ensuite la technologie \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble de son portefeuille de produits, tels que les disques durs SSD PCIe 5.0 et les disques durs \u00e0 \u00e9tat solide pour les serveurs \u00e0 haute capacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour m\u00e9moire, PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express) est une interface d&rsquo;E\/S s\u00e9rie \u00e0 grande vitesse utilis\u00e9e dans les cartes principales des \u00e9quipements num\u00e9riques.
