Elle comporte 10 000 signaux, offrant plus de 2,5 To\/s de bande passante interprocesseurs \u00e0 faible latence pour prendre en charge jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 192 Go de capacit\u00e9 de m\u00e9moire, soit 50 % de plus que M1 Ultra, avec 800 Go\/s de bande passante m\u00e9moire, soit deux fois plus que M2 Max.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/looking-to-apples-67bn-transistor-m2-ultra-chip\/\">La puce M2 Ultra de 134 milliards de transistors d&rsquo;Apple en ligne de mire<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/apple-boosts-transistor-count-in-5nm-m2-chip\/\">Apple augmente le nombre de transistors dans sa puce M2 en 5 nm<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le passage au tout dernier process TSMC de 5 nm a permis d&rsquo;augmenter l&rsquo;horloge du processeur de 20 % par rapport \u00e0 la puce M1 Ultra, avec 16 c\u0153urs haute performance de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et huit c\u0153urs haute efficacit\u00e9 de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, ainsi qu&rsquo;un GPU plus grand avec 60 ou 76 c\u0153urs et un moteur neuronal \u00e0 32 c\u0153urs.
