Les micromachines MEMS ouvrent de nouvelles perspectives \u00e0 des secteurs comme l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique, l\u2019\u00e9nergie, le transport, le m\u00e9dical, l\u2019agriculture et va bouleverser le monde de l\u2019horlogerie.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Trois grandes familles de solutions SilMach<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PowerMEMS : micromoteurs et microsyst\u00e8mes destin\u00e9s \u00e0 animer des m\u00e9canismes ultracompacts et extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cis utilis\u00e9s dans les objets connect\u00e9s, les technologies nomades, les syst\u00e8mes embarqu\u00e9s, l\u2019instrumentation scientifique etc. Amagn\u00e9tiques, robustes et tr\u00e8s sobres en consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie, ils sont principalement destin\u00e9s au monde de la micro\u00e9lectronique, en particulier dans le domaine horloger (montres \u00e9lectroniques) et celui de la sant\u00e9 (micro-valves, micro-pompes et micro-actionneur&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li>ChronoMEMS : capteurs m\u00e9caniques MEMS hybrides sans \u00e9nergie pour le monitoring, permettant \u00e0 tout d\u00e9cideur logistique ou op\u00e9rationnel de conna\u00eetre exactement le v\u00e9cu et l\u2019endommagement de chaque mat\u00e9riel, \u00e9quipement ou structure en service. Les solutions ChronoMEMS\u00a0 s&rsquo;appliquent \u00e0 plusieurs domaines : la d\u00e9tection des chocs, de d\u00e9formations, d\u2019exc\u00e8s de temp\u00e9rature ou de pression.<\/li>\n<li>MyMEMS : des pi\u00e8ces et composants en silicium r\u00e9alis\u00e9es et assembl\u00e9es \u00e0 la demande.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La fabrication des solutions MEMS hybrides SilMach s\u2019appuie sur un savoir-faire dans l&rsquo;\u2019int\u00e9gration de composants silicium ultra pr\u00e9cis dans un environnement microm\u00e9canique conventionnel. En plus d\u2019assurer la conceptions, la mod\u00e9lisation, le design et le prototypage des solutions MEMS, les ing\u00e9nieurs\u00a0 d\u00e9veloppent l\u2019ensemble des interfaces m\u00e9caniques et \u00e9lectroniques n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration des syst\u00e8mes dans les produits d\u2019accueil. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 propose son expertise durant toutes les \u00e9tapes de la vie du projet : de la R&amp; jusqu\u2019au processus de contr\u00f4le de qualit\u00e9 incluant un test syst\u00e9matique de bon fonctionnement.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Certifi\u00e9 Iso 9001-2015, SilMach dispose des \u00e9quipements pour fabriquer des puces de silicium sur wafer, les tester et les assembler. Pour r\u00e9pondre aux standards du march\u00e9 en termes de qualit\u00e9, de pr\u00e9cision et de fiabilit\u00e9, la production dispose des moyens de fabrication et d\u2019assemblage des composants silicium en salle blanche.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A propos de SilMach<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SilMach bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Besan\u00e7on, est issue des premi\u00e8res recherches acad\u00e9miques men\u00e9es en France par le CNRS dans le domaine des MEMS d\u00e8s 1990 avec le laboratoire mixte franco-japonais LIMMS (Laboratory for Integrated Micro Mechatronic Systems) au sein de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Tokyo.
