Le design de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est disponible avec une documentation compl\u00e8te, y compris la nomenclature (BoM). Les clients peuvent int\u00e9grer la nouvelle alimentation \u00e0 base de GaN directement dans leurs propres produits et sont libres de la modifier si besoin. Les applications typiques comprennent la conversion d\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire et \u00e9olienne, les robots industriels, les \u00e9quipements de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation, les pompes \u00e0 fluides, les distributeurs automatiques, les automatismes industriels et les alimentations \u00e9lectriques, y compris les alimentations sans interruption. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son format compact, il est aussi id\u00e9al pour les v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques, les outils \u00e9lectroportatifs et les \u00e9quipements audio professionnels. Les trois entreprises ont combin\u00e9 leurs ressources pour conceptualiser la solution et concevoir les sch\u00e9mas avec une s\u00e9lection de composants Nexperia et Yageo.<\/p>\n<h3>Une augmentation significative de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et de la densit\u00e9 de puissance<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Notre design de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence 4\u00a0kW est \u00e0 la pointe de la technologie actuelle qui consiste \u00e0 adopter les transistors GaN \u00e0 large bande pour les applications sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 1\u00a0kW\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Vitali Damasevich, directeur de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie pour l\u2019Europe de l\u2019Est et du centre de design pour la zone EMEA d\u2019Arrow Electronics. \u00ab\u00a0En utilisant les transistors FET GaN les plus r\u00e9cents et les composants passifs les plus adapt\u00e9s, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 augmenter significativement l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, la densit\u00e9 de puissance et la miniaturisation des dispositifs par rapport aux solutions traditionnelles \u00e0 base de transistors MOSFET Silicium. En plus de fournir le design de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, nous pouvons \u00e9galement aider les clients \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leur propre PSU et \u00e0 int\u00e9grer la solution dans leurs applications en optimisant le format ou en ajustant la fonction \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette r\u00e9alisation, l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019Arrow a choisi les derniers transistors de puissance GaN\u00a0GAN039-650NTB de Nexperia et a travaill\u00e9 avec Yageo pour d\u00e9velopper les sp\u00e9cifications du convertisseur Flyback et du circuit de r\u00e9sonance. Le transistor de puissance GaN FET\u00a0GAN039-650NTB pr\u00e9sente des caract\u00e9ristiques de pointe, avec notamment des temps d\u2019allumage et d\u2019extinction rapides et \u00e9troitement contr\u00f4l\u00e9s, ainsi qu\u2019un faible RDS(on). Il est log\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier SMD \u00e0 clip en cuivre et refroidissement par le haut\u00a0; ce qui lui assure une grande fiabilit\u00e9 et une faible temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une gestion thermique simplifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le transformateur Flyback de Yageo est aussi un design sp\u00e9cifique avec deux sorties isol\u00e9es qui fournit des alimentations auxiliaires pour les circuits de contr\u00f4le et les commandes de grille dans un petit format. L\u2019inducteur LLC est aussi un design sp\u00e9cifique qui travaille \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence de 500\u00a0kHz avec une tension de fonctionnement de 48V et un courant nominal de
