Utilisable avec un minimum de formation, cette cam\u00e9ra \u00e0 mise au point fixe, permet \u00e9galement de d\u00e9tecter les fuites d&rsquo;air comprim\u00e9, de gaz et de vide dans les syst\u00e8mes de distribution du gaz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre d&rsquo;objectifs de durabilit\u00e9 ambitieux, Air Liquide am\u00e9liore son efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et r\u00e9duit son empreinte carbone en s&rsquo;attaquant aux fuites d&rsquo;air et d&rsquo;azote dans sa raffinerie \u00e0 double m\u00e9lange r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant (DMR) de Syracuse en Sicile. Ainsi, l&rsquo;entreprise inspecte tous les deux ans l&rsquo;ensemble des canalisations et conduits de la raffinerie, soit 7 km pour l&rsquo;air comprim\u00e9 et 9,4 km pour l&rsquo;azote, sans oublier 5 km de tuyauterie d&rsquo;interconnexion. Les inspections de d\u00e9tection et r\u00e9paration des fuites (LDAR) sont requises tous les 12 mois par l&rsquo;agence italienne de l&rsquo;environnement, l&rsquo;ISPRA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cam\u00e9ra acoustiques de pr\u00e9cision Fluke <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dot\u00e9e d\u2019une plage de fr\u00e9quence de 2 \u00e0 100 kHz et de 64 microphones num\u00e9riques MEMS, l&rsquo;ii910 de Fluke permet d&rsquo;identifier les fuites rapidement, de d\u00e9tecter une fuite de 0,0001 m<sup>3<\/sup> par minute \u00e0 100\u00a0PSI jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une fuite de 2,5\u00a0cm<sup>3<\/sup>\/s. \u00e0 7 bars dans un rayon de 10 m. La cam\u00e9ra acoustique inclut un \u00e9cran LCD d&rsquo;une r\u00e9solution de 1280 x 800 (1 024 000 pixels) avec une autonomie sur site de six heures.
