Implant\u00e9s dans des bo\u00eetiers CMS compacts\u00a0 de 12,7 x 6, 3,7 mm, ils offrent une tension nominale de 305 VCA\/1500 VCC et supportent des lignes de fuite de 10 mm . De ce fait, ils r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation de l&rsquo;isolation qu&rsquo;imposera la migration vers des groupes motopropulseurs de 800 V, tout en restant conformes au besoin de miniaturisation des syst\u00e8mes automobiles modernes.<\/p>\n<p>Les valeurs de capacit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9rie EVA vont de 0,1nF \u00e0 4,7nF. Ces MLCC sont qualifi\u00e9s AEC-Q200, avec une plage de temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement de -55\u02daC \u00e0+125\u02daC, avec des tensions de tenue \u00e9lev\u00e9es de 2000VAC\/60s et 4000VDC\/60s. En outre, ils pr\u00e9sentent une faible inductance s\u00e9rie \u00e9quivalente (ESL), de sorte que les performances ne sont pas affect\u00e9es \u00e0 des fr\u00e9quences \u00e9lev\u00e9es. La disposition des bornes m\u00e9talliques de contacts leur conf\u00e8re grande \u00e9lasticit\u00e9. Ces condensateurs sont id\u00e9aux adapt\u00e9s pour une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;applications, telles que les chargeurs embarqu\u00e9s, les onduleurs et les convertisseurs DC\/DC, les syst\u00e8mes de gestion de batterie (BMS) et les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de transfert d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sans fil.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les groupes motopropulseurs des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques passant \u00e0 des tensions plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, des lignes de fuite plus longues sont d\u00e9sormais n\u00e9cessaires.
