Pour fournir aux concepteurs de BEV et HEV une solution de protection de circuit haute tension plus rapide et plus fiable, Microchip Technology annonce la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microchip.com\/E-Fuse\">carte de d\u00e9monstration E-Fuse<\/a>, activ\u00e9e par la technologie au carbure de silicium (SiC), disponible en six variantes pour des Syst\u00e8mes de batterie de 400 \u00e0 800 V et avec un courant nominal jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 30 amp\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<h3>Une solution technologique plus rapide et plus fiable<\/h3>\n<p>Le d\u00e9monstrateur E-Fuse peut d\u00e9tecter et interrompre les courants de d\u00e9faut en quelques microsecondes, 100 \u00e0 500 fois plus rapidement que les approches m\u00e9caniques traditionnelles en raison de sa conception \u00e0 semi-conducteurs haute tension. Le temps de r\u00e9ponse rapide r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les courants de court-circuit de cr\u00eate de dizaines de kiloamp\u00e8res \u00e0 des centaines d&rsquo;amp\u00e8res, ce qui peut emp\u00eacher qu&rsquo;un simple d\u00e9faut n&rsquo;entra\u00eene une lourde d\u00e9faillance mat\u00e9rielle.\u00ab Le d\u00e9monstrateur E-Fuse fournit aux concepteurs OEM BEV\/HEV une solution technologique bas\u00e9e sur des SiC pour lancer leur processus de d\u00e9veloppement avec une m\u00e9thode plus rapide et plus fiable pour prot\u00e9ger l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique de puissance \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Clayton Pillion, vice-pr\u00e9sident de division de carbure de silicium de Microchip. \u00ab\u00a0La conception \u00e0 semi-conducteurs E-Fuse att\u00e9nue \u00e9galement les probl\u00e8mes de fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme concernant les dispositifs \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques, car il n&rsquo;y a pas de d\u00e9gradation due aux chocs m\u00e9caniques, aux arcs \u00e9lectriques ou aux rebonds de contact.\u00a0\u00bbGr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fonction r\u00e9initialisation du d\u00e9monstrateur E-Fuse, les concepteurs peuvent facilement inclure un E-Fuse dans le v\u00e9hicule sans le fardeau des contraintes de conception li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019entretien. L&rsquo;interface LIN permet la configuration des caract\u00e9ristiques de d\u00e9clenchement de surintensit\u00e9 sans qu&rsquo;il soit n\u00e9cessaire de modifier les composants mat\u00e9riels, et elle signale \u00e9galement l&rsquo;\u00e9tat du diagnostic.Le d\u00e9monstrateur E-Fuse tire parti de la robustesse et des performances in\u00e9gal\u00e9es de la technologie SiC MOSFET de Microchip et des p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques ind\u00e9pendants du c\u0153ur (CIP) des microcontr\u00f4leurs PIC avec une interface bas\u00e9e sur LIN. Les composants associ\u00e9s sont qualifi\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;automobile et offrent un nombre de pi\u00e8ces inf\u00e9rieur et une fiabilit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure par rapport \u00e0 une conception sp\u00e9cifique.
