L&rsquo;EVT est un capteur de d\u00e9placement particuli\u00e8rement robuste pour des plages de mesure de 1,3 mm \u00e0 25 mm. En standard, le capteur peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes de -20 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C &#8211; sur demande, il est m\u00eame possible de r\u00e9aliser des temp\u00e9ratures de fonctionnement de 200 \u00b0C ainsi que des versions \u00e9tanches \u00e0 la pression jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3,5 MPa (35 bar). Les nombreuses variantes d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution des capteurs de d\u00e9placement EVT permettent une adaptation optimale \u00e0 l&rsquo;application. Une mesure pr\u00e9cise, par exemple de la hauteur des mat\u00e9riaux sur les lignes de montage, est garantie par la bonne lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 de jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0,1%.<br \/>\nL\u2019accouplement des capteurs \u00e0 l&rsquo;application est variable, car ils sont disponibles avec une tige de pouss\u00e9e guid\u00e9e ou non. Dans sa version avec ressort de rappel interne, l&rsquo;EVT sert de palpeur de haute pr\u00e9cision. Il est le premier choix lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit, dans l&rsquo;automatisation et la robotique, de d\u00e9terminer avec pr\u00e9cision des positions de montage, de mesurer des d\u00e9formations ou d&rsquo;inspecter des pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n<h3>Les capteurs de d\u00e9placement EVT fonctionnent selon le principe de l&rsquo;induction<\/h3>\n<p>Dans le bo\u00eetier du capteur, des bobines sont dispos\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que, lorsque la tige de pouss\u00e9e est plong\u00e9e, un signal de sortie \u00e9lectrique analogue au d\u00e9placement soit g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9. Puisque la tige de pouss\u00e9e est s\u00e9par\u00e9e m\u00e9caniquement des bobines, il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;usure du capteur et des classes IP \u00e9lev\u00e9es sont possibles.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;amplificateur de mesure LVDT de la s\u00e9rie IMA2 est disponible pour faciliter la mise en service des capteurs de d\u00e9placement.
