ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une technologie pour utiliser les frameworks d&rsquo;apprentissage automatique TinyML dans le calcul analogique en m\u00e9moire pour une IA embarqu\u00e9e \u00e0 faible consommation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">AnalogNAS peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour porter l&rsquo;IA TinyML vers une m\u00e9moire \u00e0 changement de phase analogique basse consommation dans des matrices de calcul de m\u00e9moire (IMC) pour une impl\u00e9mentation beaucoup plus simple d&rsquo;applications d&rsquo;IA telles que les mots de r\u00e9veil ou la reconnaissance de signaux.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Les poids des couches DNN lin\u00e9aires, convolutionnelles et r\u00e9currentes sont mapp\u00e9s sur des tableaux crossbar des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de m\u00e9moire non volatile (NVM).<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">En exploitant les lois de circuit de base de Kirchhoff, les multiplications matrice-vecteur (MVM) peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es en codant les entr\u00e9es sous forme de tensions et les poids Word-Line (WL) sous forme de conductances du composant.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Pour la plupart des calculs, cela supprime le besoin de transmettre des donn\u00e9es entre les unit\u00e9s centrales de traitement (CPU) et la m\u00e9moire.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/st-hints-at-analog-in-memory-computing-chip\/\">ST hints at analog in-memory computing chip<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/st-to-launch-its-first-neural-microcontroller-with-npu\/\">ST to launch its first neural microcontroller with NPU<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Le framework fournit un d\u00e9ploiement automatis\u00e9 de ciblage de conception DNN sur les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs d&rsquo;inf\u00e9rence IMC et atteint une pr\u00e9cision sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des derniers mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques sur une puce IMC \u00e0 64 c\u0153urs bas\u00e9e sur la m\u00e9moire \u00e0 changement de phase (PCM).<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Hadjer Benmeziane du CNRS a travaill\u00e9 avec des chercheurs d&rsquo;IBM \u00e0 Zurich, \u00e0 New York et en Californie sur le d\u00e9veloppement du framework et d&rsquo;une puce exp\u00e9rimentale.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Chaque c\u0153ur de la puce IMC \u00e0 64 c\u0153urs se compose d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau crossbar de 256&#215;256 cellules unitaires PCM ainsi que d&rsquo;une unit\u00e9 de traitement num\u00e9rique locale.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Deux r\u00e9seaux pour la t\u00e2che de classification d&rsquo;images CIFAR-10 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s sur le mat\u00e9riel\u00a0: AnalogNAS T500 et les r\u00e9seaux de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ResNet32#.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/in-memory-computing-startup-launches-to-enable-edge-ai-at-scale\/\">In-memory r\u00e9seau a \u00e9t\u00e9 export\u00e9 et utilis\u00e9 pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des flux de donn\u00e9es propri\u00e9taires \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter en m\u00e9moire.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Comme seule la validation de la pr\u00e9cision du mat\u00e9riel \u00e9tait effectu\u00e9e, toutes les autres op\u00e9rations en dehors des MVM ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es sur une machine h\u00f4te connect\u00e9e \u00e0 la puce via un FPGA.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">La pr\u00e9cision mat\u00e9rielle mesur\u00e9e \u00e9tait de 92,05\u00a0% pour le T500 et de 89,87\u00a0% pour le Resnet32, ce qui est nettement meilleur que le Resnet32 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 sur du mat\u00e9riel num\u00e9rique.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
