class=\"ryNqvb\">L&rsquo;intention est d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer ces m\u00e9moires en technologie FinFET peu encombrante dans la famille de microcontr\u00f4leurs automobiles NXPs S32.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Les avantages sont nombreux.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Selon NXP, la MRAM peut mettre \u00e0 jour 20 Mo de code en 3 secondes environ, ce qui est beaucoup plus rapide que la technologie standard actuelle, les m\u00e9moires Flash, qui prennent environ 1 minute pour la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Cela minimise les temps d&rsquo;arr\u00eat associ\u00e9s aux mises \u00e0 jour logicielles et permet aux constructeurs automobiles d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les goulots d&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement r\u00e9sultant des longs temps de programmation des modules, explique Ed Sarrat, directeur principal de la gestion des produits, MCU automobiles pour NXP.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">De plus, la MRAM fournit une technologie hautement fiable pour les profils de mission automobile en offrant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 un million de cycles de mise \u00e0 jour, 10 fois plus que le flash et d&rsquo;autres technologies de m\u00e9moire \u00e9mergentes telles que la RRAM.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Cet ensemble de fonctionnalit\u00e9s rend la MRAM id\u00e9ale, sinon une exigence pour l&rsquo;\u00e8re \u00e0 venir des v\u00e9hicules d\u00e9finis par logiciel l&rsquo;ensemble du processus d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au contenu de la m\u00e9moire est grandement simplifi\u00e9 avec la MRAM, explique Sarrat.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Contrairement \u00e0 Flash, avec MRAM, aucune \u00e9tape d&rsquo;effacement n&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire avant d&rsquo;\u00e9crire dans une cellule m\u00e9moire.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">L&rsquo;\u00e9criture peut se faire en une seule \u00e9tape contre cinq \u00e9tapes cons\u00e9cutives avec Flash.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">De plus, avec 1 million de cycles d&rsquo;\u00e9criture\/effacement, la MRAM peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e comme l&rsquo;EEPROM d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui &#8211; mais contrairement \u00e0 cette derni\u00e8re, elle peut \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e sur puce et \u00e9limine ainsi le besoin d&rsquo;une EEPROM hors puce.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">De m\u00eame, la m\u00e9moire Flash d&rsquo;enregistrement de donn\u00e9es externe peut \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">De plus, il r\u00e9duit l&rsquo;effort pour les circuits de \u00ab\u00a0maintien en vie\u00a0\u00bb en tant que mesure de protection contre la baisse de tension dans la voiture.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> Le circuit MRAM peut \u00e9galement fonctionner\u00a0 sur la tension de puce standard de 1,8 V tandis que Flash a besoin d&rsquo;un circuit sur puce pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer le 9 V requis pour le processus d&rsquo;\u00e9criture.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">La MRAM r\u00e9duit \u00e9galement la complexit\u00e9 du logiciel.<\/span><\/span> Alors qu&rsquo;avec <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">avec Flash, l&#8217;emplacement m\u00e9moire doit \u00eatre effac\u00e9 avant chaque \u00e9criture, avec MRAM, aucune routine de planification d&rsquo;effacement n&rsquo;est requise, ce qui simplifie le pilote et le chargement du logiciel d\u00e9marrage.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Dans certains cas, tels que l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux tables de recherche, aux donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage et \u00e0 des ensembles de donn\u00e9es similaires devant rarement \u00eatre mis \u00e0 jour, la MRAM peut remplacer la SRAM, lib\u00e9rant ainsi une capacit\u00e9 SRAM pr\u00e9cieuse pour d&rsquo;autres fonctions, a expliqu\u00e9 Sarrat.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration avec TSMC, NXP peut impl\u00e9menter des MRAM en 16 nm.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u00ab\u00a0Nous n&rsquo;annon\u00e7ons pas de produit sp\u00e9cifique\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Sarrat de NXP.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u00ab\u00a0Au lieu de cela, cette annonce concerne notre collaboration avec TSMC.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">N\u00e9anmoins, la collaboration vise \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre de vrais produits t\u00f4t ou
