De m\u00eame, dans le secteur automobile, on assiste \u00e0 une hausse du nombre de modules de puissance compacts \u00e0 double refroidissement adopt\u00e9s dans les applications d\u2019Inverter des xEV exigeant des puces d\u2019appareils d\u2019alimentation incorpor\u00e9es (IGBT et MOSFET SiC) et des r\u00e9sistances de shunt pour r\u00e9duire la taille du bo\u00eetier.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Les r\u00e9sistances de shunt de puissance les plus fines du march\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>\nLes r\u00e9sistances de shunt conventionnelles \u00e0 plaques m\u00e9talliques r\u00e9duisent l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de refroidissement des appareils d\u2019alimentation en raison de leur profil relativement haut. Mais la diminution de la hauteur s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9e difficile, car il est n\u00e9cessaire de prototyper et d\u2019\u00e9valuer une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux de soudage dans diff\u00e9rentes configurations. ROHM est en mesure de tirer parti de ses points forts en mati\u00e8re de fabrication et de conception pour cr\u00e9er des prototypes en petits lots dans une gamme de mat\u00e9riaux et de mod\u00e8les de soudage. Cette capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement flexible et adapt\u00e9e aux besoins du march\u00e9 permet de d\u00e9velopper les r\u00e9sistances de shunt de puissance les plus fines du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le PSR350 utilise le syst\u00e8me de production int\u00e9gr\u00e9 verticalement de ROHM ainsi que l\u2019optimisation des mat\u00e9riaux et des processus pour atteindre une \u00e9paisseur de seulement 0,03 pouce (0,85 mm), soit environ la moiti\u00e9 de celle des produits conventionnels de la classe 12 W. La m\u00eame technologie est utilis\u00e9e pour d\u00e9velopper la plus petite r\u00e9sistance de shunt de 15 W (0,25 pouce x 0,25 pouce \/ 6,4 mm x 6,4 mm) de l\u2019industrie (PSR330). Cela r\u00e9duit la taille d\u2019environ 65 % par rapport aux produits conventionnels de la m\u00eame classe, ce qui contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la surface de montage dans une large gamme d\u2019applications haute puissance.
