Dans de telles conditions, le refroidissement par conduction s&rsquo;applique et l&rsquo;alimentation doit donc \u00eatre con\u00e7ue pour garantir un haut niveau de performance, et optimis\u00e9e pour \u00e9liminer les points chauds. De m\u00eame, les \u00e9quipements industriels peuvent \u00eatre install\u00e9s dans le monde entier et aliment\u00e9s par des r\u00e9seaux de 200 \u00e0 400V. Afin de r\u00e9duire la charge de pointe monophas\u00e9e et d&rsquo;optimiser l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrage des charges sur leurs r\u00e9seaux, les architectes de syst\u00e8mes privil\u00e9gient les solutions d&rsquo;alimentation triphas\u00e9e, pour lesquelles le HCA3500TF de Cosel a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u, permettant une installation triphas\u00e9e trois fils Delta ou en \u00c9toile.<\/p>\n<h3>Une topologie de commutation optimis\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>Avec une plage de tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de 180 \u00e0 528VAC, le HCA3500TF est disponible en deux tensions de sortie diff\u00e9rentes : 48VDC\/73A, r\u00e9glable de 33,60 \u00e0 55,20VDC \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du potentiom\u00e8tre int\u00e9gr\u00e9, ou de 24,00 \u00e0 55,20VDC en utilisant la fonction \u00ab trimming \u00bb et, respectivement, pour le mod\u00e8le 65VDC\/54A, de 45,50 \u00e0 74,75VDC et de 32,50 \u00e0 74,75VDC. Dans les conditions de travail nominales, la puissance de sortie est de 3,5 kW. En plus de la sortie principale, le HCA3500TF comprend une sortie auxiliaire 12VDC\/1A qui peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour la mise en marche\/arr\u00eat \u00e0 distance et son circuit de contr\u00f4le externe. La sortie auxiliaire est isol\u00e9e de l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, de la sortie et de la masse fonctionnelle.<br \/>\nPour garantir les plus hauts niveaux d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et de robustesse thermique, le HCA3500TF utilise une topologie de commutation optimis\u00e9e \u00e0 commande num\u00e9rique et un \u00e9tage de puissance avec des MOSFETs et des diodes en carbure de silicium (SiC), conf\u00e9rant \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e 400VAC, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 94% d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 au mod\u00e8le de sortie 65V.<br \/>\nLe HCA3500TF comprend un circuit de limitation du courant d&rsquo;appel, une protection contre les surintensit\u00e9s et les surtensions et une protection thermique. Polyvalentes et robustes, les alimentations peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es dans une plage de temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes de -10 \u00e0 +70\u00b0C, avec une temp\u00e9rature de la plaque de base de 0 \u00e0 +55\u00b0C. Selon le style d&rsquo;assemblage de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement final et les conditions de refroidissement, un d\u00e9classement peut s&rsquo;appliquer.<br \/>\nPour l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration du syst\u00e8me et pour r\u00e9duire le bruit conduit, le HCA3500TF comprend un filtre d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et est conforme aux normes FCC Part15 classe A, VCCI classe A, CISPR11 classe A, CISPR32 classe A, EN55011-A et EN55032-A.<br \/>\nLe HCA3500TF a une isolation entr\u00e9e-sortie de 4 243 VAC, entr\u00e9e-terre (FG) de 2 829 VAC et sortie-terre (FG) de 2 000 VAC. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme IEC62368-1, \u00e0 sa charge nominale et \u00e0 480VAC, 60Hz, le courant de fuite est de 3mA maximum.<br \/>\nCon\u00e7u pour les applications industrielles int\u00e9gr\u00e9es en 1,5U de hauteur, le HCA3500TF mesure 110 x 65 x 420 mm [4,3 x 2,6 x 16,5 pouces] (LxHxP) et p\u00e8se 5 kg maximum.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
