Motor Symposium, Vitesco a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un moteur de traction qui ne n\u00e9cessite pas de terres rares et a donc le potentiel de contribuer \u00e0 une \u00e9lectromobilit\u00e9 plus durable.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Vitesco ajoute une option suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 la quatri\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de sa plate-forme d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement d&rsquo;essieu \u00e9lectrique enti\u00e8rement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e (EMR4, Electronics Motor Reducer) dans le cadre de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie du cycle de vie : dans le cadre du d\u00e9veloppement de la plate-forme, une nouvelle option de rotor sans aimants permanents est d\u00e9sormais propos\u00e9e<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Ce rotor constitue le c\u0153ur d&rsquo;une machine \u00e9lectrique synchrone \u00e0 excitation externe (EESM), pour laquelle les terres rares ne sont plus n\u00e9cessaires.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Cela r\u00e9duit les co\u00fbts du rotor et \u00e9limine \u00e9galement l&#8217;empreinte CO2 pour l&rsquo;extraction et le traitement des minerais.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques utilisaient principalement des moteurs synchrones \u00e0 aimants permanents dans le rotor (PSM).<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Ils sont efficaces et \u00e9taient auparavant consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme plus faciles \u00e0 fabriquer que les machines \u00e0 excitation externe, dans lesquelles des bobines du rotor g\u00e9n\u00e8rent le champ magn\u00e9tique.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Vitesco pense d\u00e9sormais avoir surmont\u00e9 l&rsquo;obstacle d\u00e9cisif dans la conception de machines \u00e0 excitation s\u00e9par\u00e9e : gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des modifications de conception cibl\u00e9es, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible d&rsquo;atteindre la m\u00eame classe de performances pour les deux technologies (EESM et PSM) &#8211; et d&rsquo;utiliser le m\u00eame espace d&rsquo;installation disponible pour<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">les deux possibilit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">En combinaison avec une technologie d&rsquo;enroulement sophistiqu\u00e9e, le rotor EESM innovant devient ainsi une option \u00e9conomique pour la derni\u00e8re plate-forme d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Surtout lorsque les exigences de puissance \u00e9lev\u00e9es exigent de grandes masses magn\u00e9tiques dans le PSM, les machines EESM sont moins ch\u00e8res et plus durables.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u00ab\u00a0Bien s\u00fbr, l&rsquo;option EESM n\u00e9cessite un module suppl\u00e9mentaire dans l&rsquo;onduleur pour contr\u00f4ler les bobines\u00a0\u00bb, explique Gerd R\u00f6sel, responsable de l&rsquo;innovation dans la division des solutions d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification chez Vitesco Technologies.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u00ab\u00a0N\u00e9anmoins, nous sommes tr\u00e8s proches d&rsquo;une solution EESM plug-and-play.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Outre les \u00e9conomies de co\u00fbts pour les aimants permanents, une plus grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&rsquo;approvisionnement et une plus grande durabilit\u00e9, ce type de machine pr\u00e9sente d&rsquo;autres avantages : \u00ab\u00a0Lorsque le v\u00e9hicule roule de mani\u00e8re \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie, la machine \u00e0 excitation externe \u00e9conomise un wattheure d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">par kilom\u00e8tre, puisqu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de champ magn\u00e9tique permanent qui freine le rotor \u00bb, poursuit R\u00f6sel, \u00ab r\u00e9duisant ainsi la puissance requise de l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement de jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 5 % &#8211; et cela sans embrayage
