{"id":418783,"date":"2023-04-11T17:49:52","date_gmt":"2023-04-11T15:49:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=418783"},"modified":"2023-04-11T22:01:18","modified_gmt":"2023-04-11T20:01:18","slug":"les-circuits-integres-epower-de-epc-ameliorent-la-densite-de-puissance-et-simplifient-la-conception-des-systemes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/les-circuits-integres-epower-de-epc-ameliorent-la-densite-de-puissance-et-simplifient-la-conception-des-systemes\/","title":{"rendered":"Les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s ePower de EPC am\u00e9liorent la densit\u00e9 de puissance"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Efficient Power Conversion (EPC) \u00e9largit sa famille de circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de puissance EPC 23 en gardant le m\u00eame encombrement afin de simplifier la conception dans les applications CC-CC, les commandes de moteur et les amplificateurs audio de classe D.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>EPC ajoute \u00e0 son premier circuit de puissance 100 V 35 A (EPC23102), un mod\u00e8le 100V 25 A (EPC23103) et un autre 100 V 15A (EPC23104) .\u00a0Les trois circuits supportent une\u00a0 tension de tenue maximale de 100 V et int\u00e8grent un \u00e9tage de puissance demi-pont GaN complet qui comprend des FET sym\u00e9triques en configuration demi-pont, un pilote demi-pont, un d\u00e9phaseur de niveau, une charge d&rsquo;amor\u00e7age et une interface logique d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les trois produits en\u00a0 bo\u00eetier QFN de 3,5 mm x 5 mm, sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9 thermiquement en terme possibilit\u00e9s de refroidissement. La compatibilit\u00e9 des bo\u00eetiers permet aux clients d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer leur conception et d&rsquo;obtenir performances optimales sans modifier la carte et donc de s&rsquo;adapter facilement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des besoins en mati\u00e8re de charge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Convertisseurs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour les convertisseurs CC\/CC, les EPC23 ont une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e avec une fr\u00e9quence de commutation de 3 MHz maximum et des performances de haut niveau dans un encombrement r\u00e9duit pour les CC\/CC 28 V &#8211; 60 V dans les applications informatiques, industrielles et USB PD 3.1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Commandes moteurs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour\u00a0 les commandes de moteurs BLDC 32 V &#8211; 48 V de l&rsquo;e-mobilit\u00e9, la robotique, les outils \u00e9lectriques et les drones, l&rsquo;EPC23 peut fonctionner avec de faibles temps morts (21 ns) et \u00e0 100 kHz pour augmenter l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me avec la r\u00e9duction des pertes et des vibrations moteur. De plus, il r\u00e9duit voir \u00e9limine les condensateurs \u00e9lectrolytiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cartes de d\u00e9veloppement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les cartes de d\u00e9veloppement EPC90151 et EPC90152 sont des cartes de d\u00e9monstration \u00e0 demi-pont comprenant respectivement le EPC23103 et le EPC23104 ePower Stage IC. es cartes simplifient le processus d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des EPC23103 et EPC23104.
