Les concepteurs sont donc sans cesse \u00e0 la recherche de capteurs capable d&rsquo;offrir les niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs de performance et de pr\u00e9cision dont ils ont besoin.<\/p>\n<p>Le CAB\u00a01500 est le dernier n\u00e9 de la s\u00e9rie CAB de LEM, des capteurs de qualit\u00e9 automobile, bas\u00e9s sur la technologie fluxgate pour fournir la haute pr\u00e9cision et le faible d\u00e9calage requis pour un comptage fiable des coulombs d\u00e9livr\u00e9s par les batteries Li-ion et une \u00e9valuation pr\u00e9cise de leur \u00e9tat de charge. La s\u00e9rie CAB est r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour sa conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la norme de s\u00fbret\u00e9 fonctionnelle ISO\u00a026262 (jusqu&rsquo;au niveau\u00a0C d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00fbret\u00e9 automobile), ainsi que pour sa facilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;application gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son interface CAN 500\u00a0kbits\/s.<\/p>\n<h3>Une r\u00e9solution jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0,1%<\/h3>\n<p>S&rsquo;appuyant sur les 50 ans d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de LEM dans le d\u00e9veloppement de solutions de mesure \u00e9lectrique, le capteur fluxgate en boucle ouverte CAB\u00a01500 &#8211; qui est dot\u00e9 de m\u00e9canismes \u00e9lectroniques et d&rsquo;un logiciel garantissant les niveaux de fiabilit\u00e9 exig\u00e9s par les BMS &#8211; peut se monter sur bus bar ou sur tableau, et combine la meilleure r\u00e9solution (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0,1%), au plus faible d\u00e9calage et \u00e0 la plus grande pr\u00e9cision de sa cat\u00e9gorie.<\/p>\n<p>En plus d&rsquo;offrir une plage de courant \u00e9tendue jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00b1\u00a01\u00a0500\u00a0A et une compatibilit\u00e9 avec les applications 800\u00a0V selon la norme IEC\u00a060664-1, ce nouveau capteur assure une mesure non intrusive pour une isolation galvanique totale jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2,5\u00a0kV. Ses autres caract\u00e9ristiques sont sa faible consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, sa technologie VS shunt et son taux d\u2019erreur relative maximum de 0,5% de -40\u00b0C et +85\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e9r\u00e9mie Piro, Global Product Manager BMS and Battery Storage chez LEM, explique\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0La mesure pr\u00e9cise du niveau de charge de la batterie est un facteur crucial pour maximiser l&rsquo;autonomie des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.
