Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une nouvelle architecture Doherty et \u00e0 une conception thermique conjointe, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un amplificateur de puissance offrant d&rsquo;excellentes performances \u00e0 large bande passante.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;amplificateur de puissance GaN ICASP3338-20 est parfaitement adapt\u00e9 en entr\u00e9e et sortie, ce qui facilite l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration et la fabrication des syst\u00e8mes. Sa puissance moyenne de fonctionnement est de 35 dBm (3 W), o\u00f9 il offre un gain \u00e9lev\u00e9 de 28 dB et un rendement de puissance ajout\u00e9e (PAE) sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 30 %. Lorsqu&rsquo;il est lin\u00e9aris\u00e9 par pr\u00e9-distorsion num\u00e9rique (DPD), il atteint une excellente lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 avec un taux de fuite du canal adjacent (ACLR) inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 -50 dBc et une magnitude du vecteur d&rsquo;erreur (EVM) inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 3 % sur l&rsquo;ensemble de la bande. L&rsquo;amplificateur peut \u00e9galement supporter un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre du rapport de tension statique (VSWR) allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 10:1 en cas de conditions inhabituelles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un composant pour les petites cellules<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ICASP3338-20 est un composant id\u00e9al pour les petites cellules et les conceptions ORAN RU avec une puissance de sortie de 1 \u00e0 2 W par port d&rsquo;antenne.
