dans les entra\u00eenements de VE.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">A cette fin, les deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s souhaitent d\u00e9velopper un type de \u00ab\u00a0batterie CA\u00a0\u00bb soit une batterie qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re du courant alternatif !.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie (BEV) tirent leur \u00e9nergie d&rsquo;une batterie &#8211; et les batteries g\u00e9n\u00e8rent du courant continu (DC).<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Cependant, le moteur synchrone du v\u00e9hicule (la plupart des voitures \u00e9lectriques utilisent des moteurs synchrones) a besoin d&rsquo;une tension alternative \u00e0 fr\u00e9quence variable.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Celle-ci est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par un onduleur \u00e9lectronique.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Entre autres choses, l&rsquo;autonomie de la voiture d\u00e9pend de la conception efficace de ce composant.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Cette conception est une chose d\u00e9licate, et beaucoup de savoir-faire en ing\u00e9nierie y est consacr\u00e9.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">D\u00e9sormais, ABT e-Line pr\u00e9voit de rendre l&rsquo;onduleur superflu.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Le \u00ab\u00a0tuner\u00a0\u00bb de voitures de sport voit plus de potentiel pour une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et donc pour autonomie plus grande du v\u00e9hicule dans une approche diff\u00e9rente : au lieu de l&rsquo;onduleur, les ing\u00e9nieurs d&rsquo;ABT e-Line et de Bavertis travaillent reconfigurer de fa\u00e7on \u00e9l\u00e9ctronique les cellules de la batterie plusieurs milliers de fois par seconde.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">La batterie g\u00e9n\u00e8re ainsi directement une tension alternative.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Une dur\u00e9e de vie de la<span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> batterie <\/span><\/span><\/span>augment\u00e9e de 60%<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Pour cela, Bavertis d\u00e9veloppe une \u00e9lectronique de puissance int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la batterie, bas\u00e9e sur un ASIC et des Si-MOSFETs.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Une intelligence artificielle fonctionne dans l&rsquo;ASIC pour contr\u00f4ler non seulement la fr\u00e9quence de commutation, mais \u00e9galement les processus internes de la batterie.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Ceci, annonce Bavertis, est cens\u00e9 avoir un autre avantage\u00a0: les batteries durent plus longtemps &#8211; la start-up promet une prolongation de la dur\u00e9e de vie d'\u00a0\u00bbau moins 60\u00a0%\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Selon ABT e-Line, les modules de batterie \u00e9quip\u00e9s de cette mani\u00e8re devraient \u00e9galement fournir des tensions continues.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Des tensions CC ou CA comprises entre 3,6\u00a0V et 300\u00a0V seront disponibles aux bornes de la batterie.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Avec des modules suppl\u00e9mentaires, la tension peut m\u00eame \u00eatre \u00e9tendue jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1 000 V.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Dans ce cadre, Bavertis est responsable de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">En tant que solution intelligente, celle-ci vise \u00e0 assurer une utilisation optimale de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans les batteries des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">En tant que moteur technologique, ABT e-Line entend d\u00e9velopper des modules et des syst\u00e8mes de batterie pour ses propres produits en coop\u00e9ration avec Bavertis et d&rsquo;autres partenaires, mais entend \u00e9galement agir en tant que fournisseur pour l&rsquo;industrie automobile.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">L&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique assume aussi la gestion de la batterie<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\">\u00a0<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u00ab\u00a0Avec l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de plus d&rsquo;une d\u00e9cennie de d\u00e9veloppement de batteries, ABT e-Line assume le r\u00f4le d&rsquo;int\u00e9grateur syst\u00e8me dans cette coop\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Eric Plekkepoel, PDG d&rsquo;ABT e-Line.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">La conception modulaire de ces batteries permet de piloter divers moteurs et autres appareils CA ou CC, ainsi que la charge bidirectionnelle directement \u00e0 partir du r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique CA.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">L&rsquo;un des avantages de cette nouvelle technologie est la performance et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieures dues \u00e0 une tension continue constamment
