Les ing\u00e9nieurs travaillant avec des technologies \u00e0 large bande passante telles que le SiC et le GaN rencontrent des difficult\u00e9s pour mesurer et caract\u00e9riser avec pr\u00e9cision les dispositifs \u00e0 cause des fr\u00e9quences et des vitesses de commutation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es qu&rsquo;elles impliquent. En isolant galvaniquement la sonde de l&rsquo;oscilloscope, les sondes IsoVu ont compl\u00e8tement chang\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on dont les chercheurs et les concepteurs effectuent des mesures de puissance \u00e0 large bande.<br \/>\n\u00ab&nbsp;Lors de leur introduction, les sondes IsoVu ont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une avanc\u00e9e technologique pour nos clients, car ils ont pu avoir un aper\u00e7u r\u00e9el des performances de la face sup\u00e9rieure de leurs conceptions demi-pont, \u00e9liminant ainsi une incertitude importante,&nbsp;\u00bb d\u00e9clare&nbsp;Brian Ice, Manager g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des solutions Tektronix Mainstream.&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;Avec cette deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des sondes IsoVU, nous rendons cette technologie de mesure isol\u00e9e accessible \u00e0 plus de clients pour des t\u00e2ches telles que la R&amp;D, la validation et le d\u00e9pannage EMI.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>IsoVu Gen 2 Options et fonctionnalit\u00e9s<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nComme la premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, les nouvelles sondes IsoVu Gen 2 utilisent une technologie \u00e9lectro-optiques brevet\u00e9es pour capturer les signaux et alimenter les sondes sans avoir besoin d&rsquo;une connexion \u00e9lectrique avec l&rsquo;oscilloscope. Par rapport aux sondes diff\u00e9rentielles \u00e0 haute tension traditionnelles, les sondes IsoVu offrent une combinaison unique de grande largeur de bande, de gamme dynamique et du meilleur rapport de rejet en mode commun (CMRR) de leur cat\u00e9gorie sur toute la largeur de bande de la sonde. Les valeurs CMRR des sondes non isol\u00e9es diminuent rapidement \u00e0 mesure que la fr\u00e9quence augmente, ce qui rend les mesures de fr\u00e9quence plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e impossibles.
