Ce produit innovant permet une d\u00e9pose facile et est enti\u00e8rement durci (aucun durcissement secondaire n&rsquo;est requis) afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es du secteur automobile concernant les cycles thermiques et les environnements \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature.<br \/>\nLa consistance p\u00e2teuse du mat\u00e9riau garantit une d\u00e9pose contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, appliqu\u00e9 en \u00e9paisseurs variables jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 4\u00a0mm, afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des applications automobiles comprenant\u00a0: les unit\u00e9s de commande \u00e9lectronique (ECU), les convertisseurs, les onduleurs et les chargeurs embarqu\u00e9s, les modules de commande pour syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 la conduite (ADAS), et le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;infodivertissement du v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>En particulier, le THERM-A-GAP GEL 20 ne n\u00e9cessite qu&rsquo;une faible force de compression pour se d\u00e9former sous la pression de montage, en soumettant les composants, les joints de soudure et les c\u00e2bles \u00e0 des contraintes minimales.
