Les deux familles de produits sont con\u00e7ues id\u00e9alement pour les applications automobiles et industrielles. Qualifi\u00e9es AEC-Q100, elles se pr\u00eatent aux syst\u00e8mes tels que le contr\u00f4le de carrosserie, les unit\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le de moteur et de transmission, les modules d\u2019\u00e9clairage \u00e0 LED ou les API (automates programmables industriels).<br \/>\nLe nombre croissant de composants \u00e9lectroniques et la num\u00e9risation de diff\u00e9rents types d\u2019\u00e9quipements entra\u00eenent le besoin de diminuer la taille de la solution d\u2019application et de r\u00e9duire la nomenclature. En outre, des questions mondiales comme les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 ou les tendances mondiales comme la conduite autonome aboutissent \u00e0 des exigences plus strictes et des architectures plus complexes demandant un niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de robustesse accru. Des solutions discr\u00e8tes conventionnelles incluant des relais m\u00e9caniques ou des MOSFET ne peuvent plus satisfaire ces exigences et ne peuvent pas fournir de protection contre les pannes de syst\u00e8me. Avec une demande accrue de niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9gration, de fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ajout\u00e9es, de fonctions int\u00e9gr\u00e9es d\u2019intelligence et de diagnostic, les\u00a0<strong>I<\/strong>ntelligent\u00a0<strong>P<\/strong>ower\u00a0<strong>D<\/strong>evices (IPD), aussi appel\u00e9s smart switches, deviennent une partie essentielle des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques sur un march\u00e9 en croissance continue.<br \/>\nROHM a r\u00e9pondu tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t \u00e0 ces besoins de march\u00e9, en d\u00e9veloppant en 2014 un processus Smart Power d\u00e9di\u00e9. La combinaison de l\u2019innovation, de la technologie \u00e9co\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, de l\u2019optimisation des processus et de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience en conception analogique permet \u00e0 ROHM d\u2019offrir une large gamme de produits hautes performances. Les protections int\u00e9gr\u00e9es contre les surchauffes, les surintensit\u00e9s et les surtensions, les fonctions int\u00e9gr\u00e9es de diagnostic et le retour d\u2019\u00e9tat du microcontr\u00f4leur octroient par rapport aux solutions discr\u00e8tes des performances et une fiabilit\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, une dur\u00e9e de vie et une fiabilit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieures.<br \/>\nLes familles de produits\u00a0<u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rohm.com\/products\/power-management\/ipds\/smart-low-side-switch-ics?page=1&amp;SearchWord=bv1le#parametricSearch\">BV1LExxxEFJ-C<\/a><\/u>\u00a0et\u00a0<u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rohm.com\/products\/power-management\/ipds\/smart-low-side-switch-ics?page=1&amp;SearchWord=bm2le#parametricSearch\">BM2LExxxFJ-C<\/a><\/u>\u00a0sont des low side switches int\u00e9grant tous les points ci-dessus pouvant commuter des courants pour tout type de charge r\u00e9sistive, capacitive ou inductive. Lors de la coupure d\u2019une charge inductive, le MOSFET de puissance \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019interrupteur intelligent a besoin de dissiper toute l\u2019\u00e9nergie magn\u00e9tique pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment stock\u00e9e dans le champ magn\u00e9tique de l\u2019inducteur. Pendant ce temps, l\u2019appareil se prot\u00e8ge en fixant activement la tension \u00e0 un niveau s\u00fbr. La puissance dissip\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e8re une chaleur distribu\u00e9e sur la surface du MOSFET de puissance int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Les nouveaux produits de ROHM sont les premiers de l\u2019industrie \u00e0 combiner la suppression de chaleur \u00e0 la basse r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant (difficile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre dans un format compact), en contr\u00f4lant de mani\u00e8re optimale le nombre de canaux v\u00e9hiculant du courant en utilisant la technologie propri\u00e9taire de circuits et appareils TDACC. La technologie TDACC offre des capacit\u00e9s d\u2019int\u00e9gration accrues, permettant \u00e0 ROHM de pr\u00e9senter le premier produit \u00e0 2 canaux de 40 m\u03a9 (r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant) de l\u2019industrie dans le bo\u00eetier SOP-J8 compact.<br \/>\nUne large gamme de valeurs de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant (40\/80\/160\/250 m\u03a9) \u00e0 la fois dans les configurations \u00e0 1 canal et 2 canaux est propos\u00e9e pour satisfaire diff\u00e9rents besoins du consommateur. De plus, la tol\u00e9rance de d\u00e9charge au contact de tous les produits de la famille est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle d\u2019autres produits standards. Cela contribue \u00e0 un fonctionnement plus s\u00fbr \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de divers types d\u2019\u00e9quipements \u00e9lectroniques.<br \/>\nEn tirant profit de la technologie TDACC, ROHM continuera \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des composants \u00e9lectroniques intelligents avec une faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant et un niveau plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9gration de fonctions.
