Pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de solutions d&rsquo;alimentation int\u00e9gr\u00e9es et configurables pour les applications a\u00e9ronautiques, Microchip Technology Inc. annonce un nouveau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microchip.com\/en-us\/products\/power-management\/power-modules\/hybrid-power-drives\">module de commande \u00e0 alimentation hybride<\/a> tout-en-un. Il s&rsquo;agit de la premi\u00e8re variante d\u2019une nouvelle gamme de dispositifs de puissance, qui sera disponible en 12\u00a0variantes diff\u00e9rentes, avec des MOSFET ou des transistors bipolaires \u00e0 grille isol\u00e9e (IGBT) au carbure de silicium (SiC).\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ces modules de commande \u00e0 alimentation hybride sont des dispositifs semi-cond<\/span>ucteurs de puissance tr\u00e8s int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, qui permettent de r\u00e9duire le nombre de composants et de simplifier la conception globale du syst\u00e8me. Ces dispositifs de puissance configurables s\u2019appuient sur une topologie \u00e0 trois ponts, et sont disponibles en technologie SiC ou Si. \u00c0 la fois tr\u00e8s compacts, et d\u2019un poids et d\u2019un profil r\u00e9duits, ces modules d&rsquo;alimentation haute fiabilit\u00e9 permettent de r\u00e9duire la taille et le poids des avions \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les autres capacit\u00e9s cl\u00e9s de ces modules de commande \u00e0 alimentation hybride, on notera les nombreux dispositifs d&rsquo;alimentation auxiliaire qui facilitent la limitation du courant d&rsquo;appel. Les capacit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires optionnelles comprennent le d\u00e9marrage progressif, le pilotage par interface \u00e0 sol\u00e9no\u00efde, la commutation de frein r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratif, et les capteurs thermiques pour l&rsquo;utilisation de circuits de surveillance externes.
