L&rsquo;interface IO-Link permet \u00e0 chaque capteur, actionneur ou module d&rsquo;extension IO-Link d&rsquo;\u00eatre interchangeable, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une interface mat\u00e9rielle standard. Elle permet aussi de d\u00e9finir les param\u00e8tres de fonctionnement par logiciel et de s\u00e9lectionner le mode de fonctionnement en tant qu&rsquo;entr\u00e9e ou sortie analogique. Ces fonctionnalit\u00e9s s\u00e9lectionnables par logiciel sont regroup\u00e9es et d\u00e9montr\u00e9es dans le mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence IO-Link MAXREFDES177#.<\/p>\n<p>MAX22000 :&nbsp;Les E\/S analogiques configurables par logiciel permettent plus de 50% de gain d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et prennent environ deux fois moins de place que les solutions concurrentes les plus proches. Les principales fonctions int\u00e9gr\u00e9es sont notamment un mode entr\u00e9e analogique \u00e0 CAN 24 bits, un mode sortie analogique \u00e0 CNA 18 bits, ainsi qu&rsquo;un fonctionnement sur une interface 2 fils, ou 4 fils dans le cas d&rsquo;un d\u00e9tecteur de temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 r\u00e9sistance (RTD) ou d&rsquo;un thermocouple.<\/p>\n<p>MAX22515 :&nbsp;Le MAX22515 est le plus petit \u00e9metteur-r\u00e9cepteur IO-Link monocanal dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une protection contre les surtensions jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00b11,2 kV \/ 500 \u03a9. Il se caract\u00e9rise par une forte int\u00e9gration avec des diodes de protection, une entr\u00e9e num\u00e9rique auxiliaire, une commande par I\u00b2C ou directe par broche d\u00e9di\u00e9e, un oscillateur int\u00e9gr\u00e9, et un r\u00e9gulateur LDO s\u00e9lectionnable 3,3 V ou 5 V, qui tous ensemble permettent une grande configurabilit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duisent le nombre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences \u00e0 g\u00e9rer. Il r\u00e9duit de moiti\u00e9 la dissipation thermique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat passant C\/Q de son driver, \u00e0 seulement 2,2 \u03a9 ou 2,65 \u03a9 (typique), par rapport au dispositif concurrent le plus proche, le tout dans un petit bo\u00eetier WLP de 2,5 mm x 2,0 mm.
