Le nouveau RAJ2810024H12HPD est disponible dans le petit bo\u00eetier TO-252-7 et r\u00e9duit la zone de montage d&rsquo;environ 40% par rapport au produit de bo\u00eetier TO-263 conventionnel. De plus, la fonction avanc\u00e9e de d\u00e9tection de courant du nouveau composant permet une d\u00e9tection tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise des courants anormaux tels que les surintensit\u00e9s. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le nouvel IPD d\u00e9tecte les courants anormaux m\u00eame \u00e0 faible charge, il permet aux ing\u00e9nieurs de concevoir des syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le de puissance extr\u00eamement s\u00fbrs et pr\u00e9cis capables de d\u00e9tecter m\u00eame les plus petites anomalies.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00ab Nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux de lancer une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;IPD automobiles dot\u00e9s de notre nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 pour MOSFET de puissance \u00bb,\u00a0a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Akira Omichi, vice-pr\u00e9sident de la division commerciale sp\u00e9cifique aux applications analogiques automobiles de Renesas. \u00ab Renesas continuera \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des IPD qui am\u00e9liorent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;alimentation et faciliter le d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes pour nos clients en offrant des solutions au niveau du syst\u00e8me avec nos microcontr\u00f4leurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le nouvel IPD a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences croissantes \u00e0 mesure que les architectures E\/E continuent d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer. Dans une architecture E\/E distribu\u00e9e conventionnelle, l&rsquo;alimentation de la batterie est distribu\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque unit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le \u00e9lectronique (ECU) via des fils longs et \u00e9pais \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un bo\u00eetier d&rsquo;alimentation compos\u00e9 de relais m\u00e9caniques et de fusibles. Les IPD ont une dur\u00e9e de vie plus longue et ne n\u00e9cessitent aucun entretien par rapport aux relais m\u00e9caniques, ils peuvent donc \u00eatre plac\u00e9s n&rsquo;importe o\u00f9 dans le v\u00e9hicule. Alors que l&rsquo;industrie automobile \u00e9volue vers des architectures E\/E centralis\u00e9es ou orient\u00e9es zone, les IPD deviennent un choix id\u00e9al pour construire des r\u00e9seaux d&rsquo;alimentation efficaces et flexibles car ils utilisent des fils plus courts et plus fins. L&rsquo;IPD de Renesas en particulier fournit une solution plus efficace, plus s\u00fbre et plus petite pour le contr\u00f4le de la distribution d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution \u00ab\u00a0Power Distribution Box avec E-fuse\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Renesas propose la solution\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.renesas.com\/application\/automotive\/gateway-domain-control\/power-distribution-box-e-fuse\">Power Distribution Box avec E-fuse<\/a><u>\u00a0<\/u>en utilisant un IPD existant. En rempla\u00e7ant les fusibles conventionnels du bo\u00eetier d&rsquo;alimentation par de petits IPD et en programmant les caract\u00e9ristiques des fusibles dans le microcontr\u00f4leur, les d\u00e9veloppeurs peuvent optimiser le faisceau de c\u00e2blage et am\u00e9liorer la fiabilit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la surveillance du courant.
