des discussions ou pris des d\u00e9cisions concernant la fabrication aux \u00c9tats-Unis, au Japon et en Europe.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Certains observateurs ont d\u00e9crit l&rsquo;encouragement \u00e0 l&rsquo;expansion de TSMC \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger comme une tentative par d&rsquo;autres nations et r\u00e9gions de se prot\u00e9ger des perturbations au cas o\u00f9 la Chine prendrait le contr\u00f4le de Taiwan.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">La
