Le GW6 prend en charge l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du motif 4\u00d74 RVB-IR 5MP de l&rsquo;OX05B1S fonctionnant \u00e0 60FPS et fournit deux flux vid\u00e9o uniques pour les applications de vision par ordinateur et de visualisation. Il en r\u00e9sulte une solution int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;habitacle pour les algorithmes de surveillance du conducteur (DMS) et de surveillance des occupants (OMS) tout en utilisant une seule cam\u00e9ra RGB-IR haute r\u00e9solution.<\/p>\n<p>Le capteur d&rsquo;images OX05B1S est construit sur les technologies de pixels PureCelPlus-S et Nyxel de 2,2 microns d&rsquo;Omnivision. La technologie Nyxel offre la plus haute efficacit\u00e9 quantique dans le proche infrarouge de l&rsquo;industrie, \u00e0 36 %, soit trois fois plus que les 12 % de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, affirme le fournisseur.<\/p>\n<p>Le processeur vid\u00e9o de la cam\u00e9ra GW6 est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sur le processus automobile TSMC 16 nm et sera propos\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier fcCSP 7 x 7 mm (traitement vid\u00e9o uniquement) ou un bo\u00eetier fcCSP 17 x 17 mm (version r\u00e9seau neuronal). Le capteur d&rsquo;images OX05B1S est propos\u00e9 dans un petit bo\u00eetier destin\u00e9 au segment de march\u00e9 de l&rsquo;habitacle automobile &#8211; un CSP automobile de 7,9 x 6,3 mm.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;OX05B1S sera disponible en production de masse au premier trimestre 2023, tandis que le GW6 sera disponible \u00e0 partir de 2023.
