La pr\u00e9cision du positionnement est de l&rsquo;ordre du quart de nanom\u00e8tre.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.intel.com\">www.intel.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p
