Nous comptons sur la coop\u00e9ration avec cette jeune entreprise dynamique et extr\u00eamement innovante, pour relever les ambitieux d\u00e9fis que posent l&rsquo;avenir de l&rsquo;e-mobilit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9clare Ga\u00ebtan Monnier Directeur de la division mobilit\u00e9 IFPEN.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;innovation technologique est au c\u0153ur de toutes les activit\u00e9s d&rsquo;IFPEN. C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous sommes particuli\u00e8rement ravis qu&rsquo;IFPEN ait choisi les HEMT GaN ICeGaN de CGD pour concevoir ses nouveaux onduleurs destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019automobile. IFPEN partage avec CGD la conviction que des partenariats \u00e9troits entre acteurs cl\u00e9s sont essentiels \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de tout projet. Et nous sommes donc fiers de faire partie de ce programme.\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9clare Giorgia Longobardi cofondatrice et Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale CGD.<\/p>\n<p>Ce partenariat entre IFPEN et CGD combine deux domaines d&rsquo;expertise tr\u00e8s compl\u00e9mentaires. IFPEN comprend bien le march\u00e9 automobile et ses objectifs de performance. L\u2019institut jouit d\u2019une position solide dans le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;onduleurs et de logiciels, avec une connaissance approfondie des algorithmes et des \u00e9quipements n\u00e9cessaires. La <a href=\"https:\/\/camgandevices.com\/p\/technology\/\">technologie GaN de CGD<\/a> a permis de cr\u00e9er la premi\u00e8re famille de HEMT GaN 650\u00a0V facile \u00e0 utiliser et \u00e9volutive du march\u00e9. La s\u00e9rie ICeGaN\u2122\u00a0H1 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 comprend des dispositifs HEMT eMode monopuce, qui peuvent \u00eatre pilot\u00e9s comme des MOSFET, sans n\u00e9cessiter de drivers de grille sp\u00e9ciaux, de circuits de pilotage complexes et g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de pertes, d&rsquo;exigences d&rsquo;alimentation en tension n\u00e9gative, ni de composants de verrouillage suppl\u00e9mentaires. Les HEMT ICeGaN ne font appel \u00e0 aucune architecture cascode, configuration multi-puces complexe, ou solution int\u00e9gr\u00e9e thermiquement sophistiqu\u00e9e. Il s&rsquo;agit de solutions monopuce \u00e0 logique propri\u00e9taire int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, qui peuvent \u00eatre associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des drivers ou des contr\u00f4leurs de grille standard. Ces dispositifs sont extr\u00eamement fiables, et conviennent parfaitement aux environnements exigeants, comme ceux de l\u2019automobile.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"www.ifpenergiesnouvelles.fr\/\"
