Une possibilit\u00e9 de ma\u00eetriser la probl\u00e9matique de la dissipation de chaleur est l&rsquo;utilisation de ce que l&rsquo;on appelle des bo\u00eetiers dissipateurs de chaleur ou des bo\u00eetiers \u00e0 ailettes de refroidissement. Pour ces cas d&rsquo;application, Fischer Elektronik offre d\u00e8s maintenant \u00e0 ses clients la nouvelle s\u00e9rie de bo\u00eetiers SGK qui offre des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de dissipation de chaleur optimis\u00e9es, permet un montage simple et rapide des composants \u00e9lectroniques et dispose d&rsquo;un design attractif. <br \/>\nLes nouveaux bo\u00eetiers SGK se composent d&rsquo;un dissipateur thermique de grandes dimensions, dont la largeur et la profondeur peuvent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9es au concept de refroidissement de n&rsquo;importe quel module, d&rsquo;une coque en t\u00f4le d&rsquo;aluminium pli\u00e9e et de deux parties lat\u00e9rales \u00e9galement en t\u00f4le d&rsquo;aluminium de 1,5 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. La fixation d&rsquo;une carte m\u00e8re standard, d&rsquo;une plaque de montage ou d&rsquo;un circuit imprim\u00e9 non standard s&rsquo;effectue \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide des douilles filet\u00e9es \u00e0 enfoncer pr\u00e9vues dans la coque du bo\u00eetier. En fonction de l&rsquo;application et du design des cartes de circuits imprim\u00e9s, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de fixation peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre plac\u00e9s sur la face inf\u00e9rieure du dissipateur. Les pattes de fixation propos\u00e9es en option permettent \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur d&rsquo;utiliser les bo\u00eetiers de la s\u00e9rie SGK &#8230; pour un montage sur table, au mur ou au plafond, ainsi que dans un environnement soumis \u00e0 des vibrations. La s\u00e9rie de bo\u00eetiers SGK est disponible en standard en trois tailles diff\u00e9rentes et en trois finitions de surface (passiv\u00e9 transparent, naturel et anodis\u00e9 noir). En outre, les clients ont la possibilit\u00e9 de commander une version sp\u00e9cifique au client en indiquant les param\u00e8tres du bo\u00eetier, tels que la largeur, la hauteur, la profondeur et les distances entre les douilles de fixation et leur hauteur.<\/p>\n<p>La coque en t\u00f4le pli\u00e9e, le dissipateur thermique ainsi que les parties lat\u00e9rales peuvent \u00eatre usin\u00e9s m\u00e9caniquement, trait\u00e9s en surface et imprim\u00e9s selon les souhaits du client.
