La nouvelle famille de microcontr\u00f4leurs comprend un c\u0153ur Arm\u00a0Cortex-M7\u00a0simple ou double c\u0153ur, tous deux avec\u00a0<sup>\u00ae\u00a0<\/sup>Prise en charge du Cortex-M0+ Arm. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie de traitement 40 nm, le microcontr\u00f4leur basse consommation permet des performances de calcul con\u00e7ues pour des applications industrielles haut de gamme, telles que la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de PMW haute pr\u00e9cision pour le contr\u00f4le de l\u2019\u00e9tage de puissance du moteur et la mesure du niveau de d\u00e9tection bas\u00e9e sur RADAR. Les applications potentielles comprennent le contr\u00f4le moteur, les entra\u00eenements industriels, la robotique, la recharge de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, les v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques, les BMS, les automates et les applications d\u2019E\/S. Un kit d\u2019\u00e9valuation d\u2019Infineon est \u00e9galement disponible pour les microcontr\u00f4leurs. En combinaison avec la ModusToolbox garantit une entr\u00e9e facile dans la conception et le d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Les microcontr\u00f4leurs XMC7000 ont une caract\u00e9ristique sp\u00e9ciale. Leur flash \u00e0 double banque permet des mises \u00e0 jour du firmware sans fil (FOTA) via RWW (Read-While-Write). Par exemple, une mise \u00e0 jour du micrologiciel peut \u00eatre charg\u00e9e sur un banc de flash alors que l\u2019appareil fonctionne toujours avec le microprogramme pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent sur le deuxi\u00e8me banc de flashs. Un red\u00e9marrage bascule ensuite vers le nouveau firmware. Cela rend le XMC700 tr\u00e8s flexible, en particulier dans la maintenance \u00e0 distance. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 8 Mo de m\u00e9moire Flash et 1 Mo de RAM font \u00e9galement partie de l\u2019\u00e9quipement.<\/p>\n<p>Ces microcontr\u00f4leurs disposent d\u2019une large plage de tensions d\u2019alimentation de 2,7 V \u00e0 5,5 V. En mode Hibernate \u2013 le mode basse consommation le plus bas \u2013 la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie du microcontr\u00f4leur n\u2019est que de 8 \u03bcA. \u00c9quip\u00e9s d\u2019une large gamme de p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques tels que jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2x Gigabit Ethernet, CAN-FD, Crypto Engine, SMIF et SDHC, ces microcontr\u00f4leurs impressionnent par leur flexibilit\u00e9.
