{"id":408286,"date":"2022-12-09T18:39:48","date_gmt":"2022-12-09T17:39:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=408286"},"modified":"2022-12-09T18:44:59","modified_gmt":"2022-12-09T17:44:59","slug":"408286","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/408286\/","title":{"rendered":"EPC bouscule la conversion d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans l&rsquo;automobile"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine EPC (Electronic Power Conversion) vient de pr\u00e9senter deux nouveaux FET GaN qualifi\u00e9s AEC-Q101 80 V, offrant aux concepteurs des solutions plus compacts et plus efficaces que les MOSFET silicium pour la conversion 48 V-12 V CC-CC, adapt\u00e9s aux applications automobiles pour l\u2019info-divertissement et le lidar de conduite autonome.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EPC \u00e9largit sa gamme de transistors en nitrure de gallium pour l&rsquo;automobile avec deux nouveaux produits. l&rsquo;EPC2204A 80 V, 6 m\u03a9 qui d\u00e9livre un courant puls\u00e9 de 125 A dans encombrement de 2, 5 x 1. 5 mm\u00a0 et de l&rsquo;EPC2218A de 80 V, 3,2 m\u03a9 qui d\u00e9livre un courant puls\u00e9 de 231 A dans un encombrement de 3,5 mm x 1,95 mm. Ces deux composants sont nettement plus petits et plus efficaces que les MOSFET en silicium pour la conversion d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie 48V-12V, dans l&rsquo;automobile, pour de multiple applications :\u00a0 convertisseurs bidirectionnels 48 V \u2013 12 V pour les voitures hybrides l\u00e9g\u00e8res, 24 V \u2013 48 V CC-CC dans les voitures et les camions, et les applications d\u2019info-divertissement, d\u2019\u00e9clairage et ADAS.<\/p>\n<p>Des charges de grille plus faibles (QGD) et des pertes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration inverse nulles permettent un fonctionnement \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence de 1 MHz et plus. Associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans un encombrement r\u00e9duit, la densit\u00e9 de puissance est plus \u00e9l\u00e9v\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, pour les convertisseurs 48 V-12 V de 2 kW \u00e0 4 kW, les dispositifs GaN permettent une fr\u00e9quence cinq fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des solutions MOSFET au silicium. De plus, avec un quart de l&rsquo;inductance, la taille de l&rsquo;inductance et les pertes sont r\u00e9duites, ce qui permet d&rsquo;augmenter de 40 % le courant par phase et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 des phases pour un co\u00fbt de syst\u00e8me inf\u00e9rieur et une taille r\u00e9duite de moiti\u00e9.
