Ils peuvent aussi trouver leur place dans les onduleurs PV et les alimentations dans les applications industrielles. Les produits standard comprennent le PNU65010ER (CFP3) et le PNU65010EP (CFP5) tandis que les produits qualifi\u00e9s AEC-Q101 comprennent le PNU65010ER-Q (CFP3) et le PNU65010EP-Q (CFP5).<\/p>\n<p>Selon le fournisseur, ces redresseurs de qualit\u00e9 automobile offrent un bon compromis entre un comportement de commutation ultra rapide et une faible chute de tension directe qui contribue \u00e0 minimiser les pertes de puissance dans les applications haute fr\u00e9quence. Leur faible surface de contact permet d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser de l&rsquo;espace sur les cartes (par rapport aux dispositifs conditionn\u00e9s en SMA\/B), permettant des conceptions fiables et \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 sans compromis sur les performances \u00e9lectriques. Ces diodes 650 V sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9es dans plusieurs conceptions de fournisseurs automobiles de premier rang ainsi que de fournisseurs industriels.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins d&rsquo;une large gamme d&rsquo;applications de puissance haute tension, Nexperia entend d\u00e9velopper le portefeuille le plus \u00e9tendu du march\u00e9 de redresseurs 650 V (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 30 A) en bo\u00eetier de montage en surface. Pour les produits dont le courant nominal est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 A, les clients auront la possibilit\u00e9 de choisir des produits \u00e0 commutation ultrarapide ou hyperrapide dans un choix de sp\u00e9cifications de tension directe. La sortie des premier composants avec des courants nominaux de 2 A et 3 A en bo\u00eetier CFP est pr\u00e9vue pour le premier trimestre de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine. D&rsquo;autres versions en DPAK \/ D2PAK sont pr\u00e9vues pour la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2023 et au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2024.
