Afin d\u2019assurer la synchronisation des processus critiques, Microchip Technology Inc. annonce les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microchip.com\/en-us\/products\/high-speed-networking-and-video\/ethernet\/ethernet-phys\">\u00e9metteurs-r\u00e9cepteurs Ethernet Gigabit LAN8840 et LAN8841<\/a> qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 la norme IEEE 1588v2 relative au protocole de synchronisation pr\u00e9cise PTP (Precision Timing Protocol) Les dispositifs Ethernet LAN8840\/41 fonctionnent avec des pilotes Linux, et offrent une grande souplesse de d\u00e9bit Ethernet, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur compatibilit\u00e9 10BASE-T, 10BASE-Te, 100BASE-TX et 1000BASE-T.<\/p>\n<p>Les dispositifs LAN8840\/41 facilitent la hi\u00e9rarchisation des paquets critiques en assurant un horodatage rapide, qui est ensuite relay\u00e9 entre les diff\u00e9rents composants pour d\u00e9terminer les latences du r\u00e9seau, s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 ces latences, et synchroniser tous les dispositifs connect\u00e9s. Cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 est essentielle pour les applications d&rsquo;automatisation de processus qui n\u00e9cessitent un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de certains syst\u00e8mes de production, comme les syst\u00e8mes robotiques, les capteurs distribu\u00e9s, ou encore les refroidisseurs ou les m\u00e9langeurs.
