Les r\u00e9sultats pourraient conduire \u00e0 diverses applications pour les composites graph\u00e8ne-polym\u00e8re imprim\u00e9s par jet d&rsquo;encre et une gamme d&rsquo;autres mat\u00e9riaux 2D. Les r\u00e9sultats pourraient \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour cr\u00e9er une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de composants opto\u00e9lectroniques fonctionnels; par exemple, de grandes cellules solaires&nbsp; \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9; des composants \u00e9lectroniques \u00ab\u00a0wearbles\u00a0\u00bb et flexibles qui sont aliment\u00e9s par la lumi\u00e8re du soleil ou le mouvement du porteur; peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame des ordinateurs imprim\u00e9s. \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">L&rsquo;\u00e9tude, publi\u00e9e dans la revue \u00e0 comit\u00e9 de lecture Advanced Functional Materials, montre qu&rsquo;il est possible de projeter des encres, contenant de minuscules flocons de mat\u00e9riaux 2D tels que le graph\u00e8ne, pour construire et mailler les diff\u00e9rentes couches de ces structures complexes et personnalis\u00e9es. La technique a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par les ing\u00e9nieurs du Center for Additive Manufacturing dans le cadre d&rsquo;un projet de 5,85 millions de livres (6,5 millions d&rsquo;euros) appel\u00e9 Enabling Next Generation Additive Manufacturing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Les chercheurs ont utilis\u00e9 un large \u00e9ventail de techniques de caract\u00e9risation &#8211; y compris la spectroscopie laser micro-Raman, l&rsquo;analyse de gravit\u00e9 thermique, un nouvel instrument 3D orbiSIMS et des mesures \u00e9lectriques pour fournir une compr\u00e9hension structurelle et fonctionnelle d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des polym\u00e8res de graph\u00e8ne imprim\u00e9s par jet d&rsquo;encre, et les effets du traitement thermique du mat\u00e9riau sur la performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Les prochaines \u00e9tapes de la recherche sont de mieux contr\u00f4ler le d\u00e9p\u00f4t des flocons en utilisant des polym\u00e8res pour influencer la fa\u00e7on dont ils arrangent et alignent et en essayant diff\u00e9rentes encres avec toute une gamme de tailles de flocons.
