En raison des courants de sortie de l&rsquo;ordre du \u00b5A, ils sont plus lents avec les charges de grille plus importantes des MOSFET externes. Par cons\u00e9quent, il est difficile de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences \u00e9lev\u00e9es des applications \u00e0 commutation rapide.&nbsp;Le circuit de commande de grille CPC1596 offre quant \u00e0 lui une vitesse de commutation rapide (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 40\u00b5s) qui permet aux concepteurs de cr\u00e9er un relais fixe CC ou CA\/CC opto-isol\u00e9 plus puissant avec un ou plusieurs MOSFET externes.
