Les nouvelles versions \u00e0 levier coud\u00e9 des microrupteurs compacts et flexibles Omron D2GW portent la force op\u00e9rationnelle \u00e0 1,5\u00a0N et la force d&rsquo;ouverture \u00e0 0,1\u00a0N.<\/p>\n<p>Comme pour les variantes existantes du mod\u00e8le Omron D2GW, ces nouveaux commutateurs indice IP67 sont totalement \u00e9tanches (ce qui exclut les bornes sur les mod\u00e8les qui en comportent) et fonctionnent \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures pouvant atteindre 85\u00a0\u00b0C. Leur format est incroyablement compact (8,3\u00a0mm \u00d7 6,5\u00a0mm \u00d7 5,3\u00a0mm), ce qui en fait le plus petit commutateur de ce type dans l&rsquo;industrie.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouveaux mod\u00e8les \u00e9tendent les options possibles pour les applications expos\u00e9es \u00e0 de l&rsquo;eau pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9e ou de fortes quantit\u00e9s de poussi\u00e8re. Les commutateurs D2GW sont id\u00e9aux pour les distributeurs, les compteurs connect\u00e9s, les bornes de chargement de voitures, les syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les \u00e9quipements de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation, l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrom\u00e9nager et applications similaires pour lesquelles l&rsquo;espace est limit\u00e9. Ils restent \u00e0 contact glissant, au format le plus compact de cette cat\u00e9gorie, soit seulement 8,3 x 6,5 x 5,3\u00a0mm. D&rsquo;autre part, le levier peut d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre mont\u00e9 indiff\u00e9remment sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche ou droit du commutateur, que ce soit sur les versions \u00e0 borne \u00e0 montage press-fit ou avec conducteur moul\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les commutateurs D2GW incluent un contact dont la conception est r\u00e9volutionnaire pour optimiser les performances. La construction \u00e0 contact glissant assure un fonctionnement silencieux et une haute fiabilit\u00e9 des contacts, permettant d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer la poussi\u00e8re et autres impuret\u00e9s.
