Clauser en Californie. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Aspect, Clauser et Zeilinger ont chacun men\u00e9 des exp\u00e9riences r\u00e9volutionnaires utilisant des \u00e9tats quantiques intriqu\u00e9s, o\u00f9 deux particules se comportent comme une seule unit\u00e9 m\u00eame lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont s\u00e9par\u00e9es. Leurs recherches ont ouvert la voie \u00e0 une nouvelle technologie bas\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;information quantique.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Il existe maintenant un vaste domaine de recherche qui comprend les ordinateurs quantiques, les r\u00e9seaux quantiques et la communication chiffr\u00e9e quantique s\u00e9curis\u00e9e qui est en cours de commercialisation. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Un facteur cl\u00e9 de ce d\u00e9veloppement est la fa\u00e7on dont la m\u00e9canique quantique permet \u00e0 deux particules ou plus d&rsquo;exister dans un \u00e9tat intriqu\u00e9. Bien que connue en th\u00e9orie, la question \u00e9tait de savoir si la corr\u00e9lation \u00e9tait due au fait que les particules d&rsquo;une paire intriqu\u00e9e contenaient des variables cach\u00e9es, des instructions qui leur disaient quel r\u00e9sultat elles devaient donner dans une exp\u00e9rience. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Dans les ann\u00e9es 1960, John Stewart Bell a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 l&rsquo;in\u00e9galit\u00e9 math\u00e9matique qui porte son nom. Cela stipule que s&rsquo;il existe des variables cach\u00e9es, la corr\u00e9lation entre les r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;un grand nombre de mesures ne d\u00e9passera jamais une certaine valeur. Quand il a \u00e9xamin\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats des mesures, celles-ci soutenaient la m\u00e9canique quantique en violant clairement l&rsquo;in\u00e9galit\u00e9 de Bell. Cela signifie que la m\u00e9canique quantique ne peut pas \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e par une th\u00e9orie qui utiliserait des variables cach\u00e9es. Il a pris sa retraite en 1996. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Certaines lacunes restaient apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de John Clauser. Aspect a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la configuration, en l&rsquo;utilisant de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 combler une lacune importante. Il a pu changer les param\u00e8tres de mesure apr\u00e8s qu&rsquo;une paire intriqu\u00e9e ait quitt\u00e9 sa source, de sorte que le param\u00e8tre qui existait au moment de leur \u00e9mission ne pouvait pas affecter le r\u00e9sultat.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;outils raffin\u00e9s et de longues s\u00e9ries d&rsquo;exp\u00e9riences, Zeilinger a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser des \u00e9tats quantiques intriqu\u00e9s. Entre autres choses, son groupe de recherche a mis en \u00e9vidence un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne appel\u00e9 t\u00e9l\u00e9portation quantique, qui permet de d\u00e9placer un \u00e9tat quantique d&rsquo;une particule \u00e0 une autre \u00e0 distance. Cela a fait de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Autriche un centre important dans la technologie quantique. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Using refined tools and long series of experiments,\u00a0Zeilinger\u00a0started to use entangled quantum states. Among other things, his research group has demonstrated a phenomenon called quantum teleportation, which makes it possible to move a quantum state from one particle to one at a distance.
