La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019allumage reste stable tout au long de la dur\u00e9e de vie \u2013 et les relais PhotoMOS de la s\u00e9rie AQV258H5 HE \u2013 contrairement aux dispositifs \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques \u2013 ne sont pas affect\u00e9s par les vibrations, un avantage significatif dans de nombreuses applications industrielles.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouveaux relais AQV258H5 de la s\u00e9rie PhotoMOS disposent \u00e9galement d\u2019un faible courant de contr\u00f4le et d\u2019un faible courant de fuite et ne produisent aucun bruit de commutation. Les appareils sont livr\u00e9s avec 5\u00a0broches pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes exigences de fluage et de d\u00e9gagement, mais une\u00a0version \u00e0 6\u00a0broches est \u00e9galement disponible. Les deux types sont propos\u00e9s avec des terminaisons \u00e0 trou traversant ou \u00e0 montage en surface.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
