Dans cette optique, les SoC et les MCU qui contr\u00f4lent les ADAS int\u00e9grant des capteurs et des cam\u00e9ras embarqu\u00e9s aboutissent \u00e0 une plus grande sophistication, n\u00e9cessitant des circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s d\u2019alimentation pour fonctionner de mani\u00e8re plus stable, m\u00eame dans des conditions de fluctuation de courant de charge s\u00e9v\u00e8res.<br \/>\nPour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces besoins, ROHM a \u00e9tabli en 2017 la technologie de contr\u00f4le des impulsions \u00e0 ultra-grande vitesse\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rohm.com\/support\/nano\">Nano Pulse Control<\/a>\u00a0fournissant une faible tension de sortie \u00e0 de hautes fr\u00e9quences de commutation, suivie de la technologie de r\u00e9ponse rapide \u00e0 la charge\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rohm.com\/news-detail?news-title=rohm-establishes-quicur-that-maximizes-the-response-performance-of-power-supply-ics&amp;defaultGroupId=false\">QuiCur<\/a>\u00a0qui assure un fonctionnement stable. Le circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 destin\u00e9 \u00e0 adopter la technologie QuiCur permet un fonctionnement stable de premier ordre en comparaison avec les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de convertisseur DC \/ DC aux performances \u00e9quivalentes.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau BD9S402MUF-C prend en charge des tensions de sortie allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 0,6 V et un courant de sortie de 4 A \u00e0 des fr\u00e9quences de commutation sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 2 MHz dans une taille compacte exig\u00e9e par des applications d\u2019alimentation secondaire de plus en plus sophistiqu\u00e9es pour les MCU et les SoC avec de hautes performances. De plus, il int\u00e8gre la technologie de r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la charge \u00e0 grande vitesse QuiCur et permet un fonctionnement stable \u00e0 une valeur de pointe dans l\u2019industrie de 30 mV (conditions de mesure : tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e 5 V, tension de sortie 1,2 V, capacitance de sortie 44 \u00b5F, variation de courant de charge de 0 \u00e0 2 A \/ 2 \u00b5s). Cela se traduit par une r\u00e9duction de 25 % de la fluctuation de la tension de sortie par rapport aux produits standard de pointe avec des fonctionnalit\u00e9s \u00e9quivalentes, ce qui le rend id\u00e9al pour une utilisation dans les derniers ADAS avec des conditions d\u2019alimentation s\u00e9v\u00e8res n\u00e9cessitant un fonctionnement stable dans les 5 %, m\u00eame avec une sortie basse tension.<\/p>\n<p>Le BD9S402MUF-C est \u00e9galement \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une nouvelle fonction de s\u00e9lection des performances de r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la charge qui permet aux utilisateurs de basculer facilement la priorit\u00e9 entre \u00ab fluctuation de tension \u00bb (pour un fonctionnement stable de pointe) et \u00ab r\u00e9duction de capacitance \u00bb (pour assurer un fonctionnement stable \u00e0 22 \u00b5F) via un r\u00e9glage de borne.
