Qualifi\u00e9s selon la norme AEC-Q200 Rev. D, ces transformateurs conviennent aux circuits de commande de grille dans l&rsquo;e-mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les distances d&rsquo;isolement de la s\u00e9rie Epcos E13EMHV sont conformes aux normes IEC 60664-1, 61558-2-16, permettant une tension de fonctionnement \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 1000 V DC. Des surtensions transitoires allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2500 V cr\u00eate sont autoris\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Avec un encombrement 12,9 x 15,8 x 11,4 mm3, les transformateurs de la s\u00e9rie B78308*A003 sont tr\u00e8s peu encombrants. Les exigences en mati\u00e8re de distances d&rsquo;isolement et de lignes de fuite sont conforment \u00e0 la norme CEI 60664-1 (Np\/Ns : 8,14 mm minimum d&rsquo;isolement et 11,2 mm minimum de lignes de fuite) sont respect\u00e9es dans cette conception compacte.<\/p>\n<p>Deux types sont disponibles pour les convertisseurs CC-CC en topologie flyback avec des rapports de transformation de 1 : 0,22 : 0,78 et 1 : 0,33 : 0,7. Trois types sont disponibles pour les convertisseurs push-pull et demi-pont avec des rapports de transformation de 1 : 1.07 et 1 : 1 : 0.57 : 2.14. Tous les nouveaux transformateurs sont con\u00e7us pour une gamme de fr\u00e9quences de 100 kHz \u00e0 500 kHz et ont une tr\u00e8s faible capacit\u00e9 de couplage de seulement 2 pF. La plage de temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement admissible est comprise entre -40 \u00b0C et +150 \u00b0C. Les composants de la nouvelle s\u00e9rie de transformateurs EPCOS sont qualifi\u00e9s selon la norme AEC-Q200 Rev.
