La conception modulaire est bas\u00e9e sur des composants standard, ce qui ouvre un large \u00e9ventail de t\u00e2ches d\u2019entra\u00eenement pour l\u2019\u00e9lectromobilit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9lectronique industrielle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le nouvel onduleur dispose d\u2019une large plage de tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 240 V CC \u00e0 475 V CA avec une puissance cr\u00eate de 120 kW \u00e0 400 VCC. Afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la CEM, toute l\u2019\u00e9lectronique, les connexions et les travers\u00e9es de l\u2019onduleur sont implant\u00e9es dans un bo\u00eetier en aluminium blind\u00e9, qui int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement le radiateur sur la face inf\u00e9rieure, utilis\u00e9 pour refroidir le module IGBT ainsi que les composants passifs. La temp\u00e9rature maximale d\u2019alimentation de 65\u00b0C du liquide de refroidissement est un niveau courant dans l\u2019industrie automobile. En plus de la version avec une tension de liaison CC de 500 V, il existe \u00e9galement une version 850 V. Gr\u00e2ce au progiciel avec une interface utilisateur graphique (GUI) d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en interne, l\u2019onduleur est pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n<h3>Modules IGBT standard avec une technologie \u00e9prouv\u00e9e et des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es<\/h3>\n<p>Au c\u0153ur de l\u2019onduleur se trouve le module de pilotage Infineon HybridPACK\u2122 FS 820R08 PinFin dont la tension maximale est de 750 V.\u00a0 L\u2019HybridPACK\u2122 Drive est un module d\u2019alimentation tr\u00e8s compact qui est id\u00e9al pour les principales applications d\u2019onduleurs dans les v\u00e9hicules hybrides et \u00e9lectriques (xEV). Le mod\u00e8le de puissance FS820R08 (820 A\/750 V) est un module \u00e0 six packs optimis\u00e9 pour les onduleurs d\u2019une puissance maximale de 150 kW. Le module d\u2019alimentation met en oeuvre la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de puces IGBT EDT2, une conception de cellule adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019industrie automobile. Le chipset pr\u00e9sente une densit\u00e9 de courant \u00e9lev\u00e9e combin\u00e9e \u00e0 une robustesse de court-circuit et \u00e0 une tension inverse accrue pour un fonctionnement fiable de l\u2019onduleur dans les environnements difficiles. Les IGBT EDT2 \u00a0pr\u00e9sentent \u00e9galement des pertes en charge r\u00e9duite, ce qui contribue \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me sur un cycle de conduite r\u00e9el. Le chipset a \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9 pour la commutation de fr\u00e9quences dans la gamme 10 kHz.<\/p>\n<p>La famille de modules de puissance HybridPACK\u2122Drive est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments de guidage m\u00e9caniques, permettant un assemblage simple par le client. En outre, les picots \u00e0 sertir pour les connexions de signaux \u00e9vitent les processus de soudure s\u00e9lective qui prennent du temps, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts au niveau du syst\u00e8me et d&rsquo;en augmenter la fiabilit\u00e9.
