Dans un premier temps, ils ont adapt\u00e9 les mat\u00e9riaux et les techniques de fabrication afin de d\u00e9poser des couches de p\u00e9rovskite de haute qualit\u00e9 sur des cellules en silicium planes. Ils ont atteint un rendement de conversion de 30,93 % pour une cellule de 1 cm<sup>2<\/sup>. Dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une nouvelle version d\u2019un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 hybride de d\u00e9position combinant phase vapeur et une solution liquide compatible avec les surfaces rugueuses du silicium, ils ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une cellule atteignant un rendement de conversion de 31,25 % (toujours sur 1 cm<sup>2<\/sup>).
