{"id":391567,"date":"2022-08-02T19:40:30","date_gmt":"2022-08-02T17:40:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=391567"},"modified":"2022-08-03T11:12:54","modified_gmt":"2022-08-03T09:12:54","slug":"module-mosfet-rf-haute-puissance-en-silicium-de-50-w","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/module-mosfet-rf-haute-puissance-en-silicium-de-50-w\/","title":{"rendered":"Module MOSFET RF haute puissance  en silicium de 50 W"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mitsubishi Electric Corporation vient de lancer un module MOSFET haute puissance RF en silicium de 50 W destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les amplificateurs de puissance haute fr\u00e9quence des radios professionnelles bidirectionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Ce module, qui offre une puissance de sortie de 50 W dans la bande 763 MHz \u00e0 870 MHz et un rendement total de 40 %, devrait favoriser l&rsquo;extension de la port\u00e9e des communications radio et r\u00e9duire la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>Les bandes de fr\u00e9quences de 150 MHz et 400 MHz utilis\u00e9es pour divers syst\u00e8mes sans fil sont devenues encombr\u00e9es en Am\u00e9rique du Nord et sur d&rsquo;autres march\u00e9s. En cons\u00e9quence, la bande de 700 MHz, anciennement utilis\u00e9e pour la t\u00e9l\u00e9diffusion analogique, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9affect\u00e9e \u00e0 la radio bidirectionnelle commerciale, ce qui a augment\u00e9 la demande de radios compatibles dans cette bande. Cependant, les amplificateurs de puissance conventionnels accusent de fortes pertes de puissance, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de modules MOSFET RF haute puissance avec un circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation d&rsquo;imp\u00e9dance d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e\/sortie et des caract\u00e9ristiques de puissance de sortie fiables. Le nouveau MOSFET RF haute puissance en silicium (RA50H7687M1), adapt\u00e9 aux besoins des radios commerciales compatibles avec la bande 700 MHz, devrait permettre d&rsquo;\u00e9tendre la port\u00e9e des communications et de r\u00e9duire la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de ces radios.<\/p>\n<p>En compl\u00e9ment Mitsubishi a r\u00e9cemment mis au point le prototype de ce que l&rsquo;on pense \u00eatre le premier r\u00e9cepteur optique destin\u00e9 aux terminaux de communication par laser (LCT), qui int\u00e8gre la communication optique spatiale \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de faisceaux laser et une fonction de d\u00e9tection de la direction des faisceaux re\u00e7us dans la bande 1,5-\u03bcm, une bande polyvalente utilis\u00e9e pour les communications terrestres par fibre optique et d&rsquo;autres applications.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9cepteur optique int\u00e8gre des fonctions permettant de d\u00e9tecter \u00e0 la fois les quatre changements de phase de la lumi\u00e8re laser et la direction du faisceau. Le r\u00e9sultat est un r\u00e9cepteur optique de taille r\u00e9duite qui permet une communication optique \u00e0 distance avec une vitesse, une capacit\u00e9 et une distance sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles de la communication par ondes radio. Comme la longueur d&rsquo;onde est beaucoup plus courte, des antennes plus petites peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es dans des unit\u00e9s de communication compactes qui peuvent \u00eatre install\u00e9es dans des endroits difficiles d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s pour la fibre optique, comme entre des b\u00e2timents.
