Il va au-del\u00e0 des fichiers Gerber, des repr\u00e9sentations graphiques simples de la conception et ajoute des informations de conception telles que l\u2019empilement, les r\u00e9seaux et les composants. \u00ab Comme IPC-2581 est devenu une norme plus courante et m\u00eame pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e, notre base d\u2019utilisateurs a de plus en plus demand\u00e9 cette capacit\u00e9 \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Fiona Colman, responsable marketing chez Number One Systems. \u00ab Notre nouvelle version 26 impl\u00e9mente enti\u00e8rement la norme et inclut un certain nombre d\u2019options pour cr\u00e9er la sortie requise pour la fabrication, l\u2019assemblage et les tests. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab C\u2019est un excellent ajout pour les concepteurs de circuits imprim\u00e9s utilisant Easy-PC \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Hemant Shah, pr\u00e9sident du consortium IPC-2581. \u00ab IPC-2581 aidera les utilisateurs d\u2019Easy-PC \u00e0 garantir une fabricabilit\u00e9, une qualit\u00e9, une fiabilit\u00e9 et une coh\u00e9rence sup\u00e9rieures tout en r\u00e9duisant les allers-retours entre le concepteur et le fabricant en ce qui concerne les assemblages \u00e9lectroniques construits pour leurs produits. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Easy-PC version 26 int\u00e8gre un certain nombre d\u2019options nouvelles et am\u00e9lior\u00e9es de contr\u00f4le des r\u00e8gles de conception (DRC) et de conception pour la fabrication (DFM) dans la capture sch\u00e9matique et la conception de PCB. Les nouveaux contr\u00f4les, la largeur minimale du masque de soudure, le masque de soudure \u00e0 suivre et la taille minimale du texte facilitent la fabricabilit\u00e9 et \u00e9vitent les erreurs co\u00fbteuses. L\u2019un des nouveaux contr\u00f4les de v\u00e9rification de la conception, Zones de coul\u00e9e modifi\u00e9es, avertit le concepteur des modifications de conception incompl\u00e8tes qui ne seraient pas incorpor\u00e9es dans la fabrication. L\u2019option Portes non connect\u00e9es supprime les avertissements DRC inutiles li\u00e9s aux broches d\u2019alimentation non connect\u00e9es dans un bo\u00eetier multi-portes.
