Ces nouveaux appareils sont id\u00e9aux pour les \u00e9quipements industriels et grand public g\u00e9rant de grandes quantit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9nergie, tels que les climatiseurs et les stations de recharge pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.<br \/>\nCes derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il est apparu n\u00e9cessaire de parvenir \u00e0 une utilisation plus efficace de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour faire face \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation de la consommation mondiale d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Cela est particuli\u00e8rement vrai pour les commodit\u00e9s domestiques et les \u00e9quipements industriels g\u00e9rant de grandes quantit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9nergie, tels que les stations de recharge pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. Ceux-ci n\u00e9cessitent non seulement une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique \u00e9lev\u00e9e, mais \u00e9galement une r\u00e9duction de la charge de travail pour les contre-mesures de bruit dans la conception des circuits. Pour y r\u00e9pondre, ROHM a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des diodes combinant une faible V<sub>F<\/sub>\u00a0pour un fonctionnement plus efficace avec des caract\u00e9ristiques de trr rapides fournissant moins de pertes et un bruit ultra-faible durant la mise hors tension.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019optimisation de la structure et des mat\u00e9riaux de l\u2019appareil permet \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie RFL \/ RFS d\u2019atteindre l\u2019\u00e9quilibre optimal de V<sub>F<\/sub>\u00a0et de trr, qui sont des caract\u00e9ristiques importantes pour les FRD mais se trouvent dans une relation de compromis. Par rapport \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie RFN, la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rohm.com\/products\/diodes\/fast-recovery-diodes?page=1&amp;SearchWord=rfl#productFamily\">s\u00e9rie RFL<\/a>\u00a0\u00e0 faible V<sub>F<\/sub>\u00a0r\u00e9duit la V<sub>F<\/sub>\u00a0d\u2019environ 3,2 % et le trr d\u2019environ 8,3 %, alors que la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rohm.com\/products\/diodes\/fast-recovery-diodes?page=1&amp;SearchWord=rfs#productFamily\">s\u00e9rie RFS<\/a>\u00a0\u00e0 grande vitesse diminue la V<sub>F<\/sub>\u00a0d\u2019environ 17,9 % par rapport \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie RFUH conventionnelle. Les deux produits contribuent \u00e0 une plus grande efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019alimentation \u00e9lectrique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une conception optimale bas\u00e9e sur les exigences du circuit. En outre, des caract\u00e9ristiques de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de diode \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible bruit sont obtenues. Ils aident \u00e0 r\u00e9duire \u00e0 la fois la charge de travail et les composants pour le bruit.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><a
