De telles caract\u00e9ristiques permettent d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise sur le march\u00e9 des applications finales.<\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;oscillateurs command\u00e9s en tension quadribande se distingue par des performances ultra-large bande dans une plage de fr\u00e9quences fondamentales comprise entre 8,3 et 26,6&nbsp;GHz. Outre un faible bruit de phase, ces VCO ne g\u00e9n\u00e8rent pas de tonalit\u00e9s de fr\u00e9quences sous-harmoniques.
