Cette unit\u00e9 de puissance peut \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 une carte contr\u00f4leur et un refroidisseur liquide, offrant ainsi une plateforme mat\u00e9rielle et logicielle compl\u00e8te pour la conception d&rsquo;onduleurs SiC \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 de puissance et \u00e0 haut rendement pour l&rsquo;alimentation des moteurs \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La plateforme Cissoid<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La plateforme de puissance (IPMs) de Cissoid int\u00e8gre un module de puissance SiC Mosfet triphas\u00e9 1200V\/340A-550A avec une grille de commande qui r\u00e9siste \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature permettant de faibles pertes de commutation et une densit\u00e9 de puissance \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Cette plateforme peut \u00eatre enrichie d&rsquo;une carte de contr\u00f4le et d&rsquo;algorithmes permettant le traitement en temps r\u00e9el, le contr\u00f4le et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle des onduleurs SiC des moteurs \u00e9lectriques. La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat passant du module de puissance varie de 2,53mOhms \u00e0 4,19mOhms en fonction du courant nominal. Les \u00e9nergies de commutation tr\u00e8s faibles sont de 7,48mJ (Eon) et 7,39mJ (Eoff) \u00e0 600V\/300A. La conception conjointe du module de puissance et du pilote de grille permet d&rsquo;optimiser les IPM pour obtenir de tr\u00e8s faibles \u00e9nergies de commutation en r\u00e9glant soigneusement le dV\/dt et en contr\u00f4lant les d\u00e9passements de tension inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 la commutation rapide. Le circuit de commande de grille int\u00e9gr\u00e9 r\u00e9sout de nombreux probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux transistors SiC \u00e0 commutation rapide : l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement n\u00e9gatif et le blocage actif de Miller (AMC) emp\u00eachent la mise sous tension parasite ; la d\u00e9tection de d\u00e9saturation et l&rsquo;arr\u00eat progressif (SSD) r\u00e9agissent rapidement aux court-circuit ; les fonctions de verrouillage de sous-tension (UVLO) sur le circuit de commande de grille et les tensions du bus CC contr\u00f4lent le bon fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le condensateur Advanced Conversion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le condensateur DC-Link 6-pack de Advanced Conversion s&rsquo;adapte m\u00e9caniquement aux IPM Cissoid. Les valeurs de condensateurs vont jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 500\u00b5F, et les tensions nominales, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 900V. Des solutions personnalis\u00e9es sont disponibles, bas\u00e9es sur un condensateur \u00e0 film \u00e0 facteur de forme annulaire de conversion avanc\u00e9, adapt\u00e9 au \u00ab\u00a0montage en surface\u00a0\u00bb sur une structure de bus optimis\u00e9e qui s&rsquo;interface avec les modules de commutation. Cette approche brevet\u00e9e, combin\u00e9e au refroidissement du bus, permet d&rsquo;obtenir une intensit\u00e9 nominale par microfarad tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e afin d\u2019utiliser la plus petite capacit\u00e9 possible tout en minimisant l&rsquo;inductance de la boucle de commutation. Des valeurs d&rsquo;inductance s\u00e9rie \u00e9quivalentes \u00e0 5nH sont r\u00e9alisables avec le bon module de commutation et une conception de connexion appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><a
