Le projet europ\u00e9en LEGaTO de trois ans a vu l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique multipli\u00e9e par 100 ainsi que des gains en mati\u00e8re de tol\u00e9rance de pannes, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de programmabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Les technologies d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es dans le cadre du projet permettent des \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 deux ordres de grandeur pour cinq cas d&rsquo;utilisation largement applicables, de l&rsquo;IoT aux maisons intelligentes. Les r\u00e9sultats du projet seront utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux du milieu universitaire, de la recherche et de l&rsquo;industrie europ\u00e9ens, avec EmbeDL en tant que soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendante et le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;une pile logicielle compl\u00e8te RISC-V.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Trois projets financ\u00e9s par l&rsquo;Europe s&rsquo;appuieront sur les r\u00e9sultats de LEGaTO. \u00abLes travaux men\u00e9s au sein de LEGaTO ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu un impact significatif, am\u00e9liorant les produits et services de nos partenaires industriels et influen\u00e7ant un grand nombre de projets de recherche europ\u00e9ens, des organismes de normalisation pertinents et divers programmes acad\u00e9miques\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Osman Unsal, responsable de groupe pour le d\u00e9partement of Computer Architecture for Parallel Paradigms au Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) et coordinateur de LEGaTO.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Une plateforme de microserveurs Cloud to Edge couvre la plupart des domaines de l&rsquo;informatique du cloud, \u00e0 Edge et embarqu\u00e9e en utilisant une architecture de microserveurs et un syst\u00e8me \u00e9volutif. Il comprend le serveur LEGaTO Edge, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement con\u00e7u et construit dans le projet et se concentre sur les applications Edge et embarqu\u00e9es.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Tous les composants utilis\u00e9s et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans le projet sont dispos\u00e9s dans la pile LEGaTO, qui donne un aper\u00e7u du syst\u00e8me d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le projet, des cas d&rsquo;utilisation au mod\u00e8le de programmation, en passant par le compilateur et les langages de synth\u00e8se de haut niveau, le runtime, le middleware et le mat\u00e9riel.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>\u00e0 suivre: projets LEGaTO en d\u00e9veloppement<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Sur la base de la plate-forme mat\u00e9rielle \u00e9co\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de l&rsquo;environnement de programmation d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, cinq cas d&rsquo;utilisation de LEGaTO ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement optimis\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>L&rsquo;utilisation de FPGA a entra\u00een\u00e9 une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de 822x dans le cas d&rsquo;utilisation pour la d\u00e9tection de biomarqueurs, ce qui permet une analyse plus rapide<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>L&rsquo;utilisation du style de programmation \u00e0 m\u00e9moire partag\u00e9e sur les GPU distribu\u00e9s a conduit \u00e0 des \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de 10x dans le cas d&rsquo;utilisation de la maison intelligente, le SmartMirror.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Le cas d&rsquo;utilisation de la ville intelligente sur la mod\u00e9lisation op\u00e9rationnelle de la dispersion des polluants urbains a permis de gagner 7 fois en efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de FPGA.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Un gain de jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 16 fois en efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et en performances a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu dans le cas d&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;apprentissage automatique, consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la conduite automatis\u00e9e et au rendu graphique, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de l&rsquo;optimiseur EmbeDL. Ce cas d&rsquo;utilisation a conduit \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;EmbeDL, qui am\u00e9liore l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et le temps d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution dans les outils d&rsquo;optimisation d&rsquo;inf\u00e9rence d&rsquo;apprentissage profond (Deep Learning ou DL).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>La passerelle IoT s\u00e9curis\u00e9e \u00e9tait vitale pour simplifier la complexit\u00e9 de la communication des appareils locaux vers un r\u00e9seau, et elle a pris en charge les cas d&rsquo;utilisation mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus pour atteindre leurs objectifs en r\u00e9duisant la complexit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l&rsquo;ensemble d&rsquo;outils logiciels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s pour fournir une apparence unifi\u00e9e qui facilite le portage des futurs cas d&rsquo;utilisation vers la plate-forme mat\u00e9rielle \/ logicielle \u00e9co\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique LEGaTO.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Trois projets europ\u00e9ens \u00e0 venir poursuivront le d\u00e9veloppement des r\u00e9sultats obtenus dans le cadre du projet LEGaTO. LV-EmbeDL est un partenariat entre BSC et EmbeDL financ\u00e9 par Tetramax qui impl\u00e9mentera et d\u00e9montrera les techniques d&rsquo;utilisation des FPGAs en sous-voltage d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es dans LEGaTO.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Le projet eProcessor, coordonn\u00e9 par BSC et avec trois autres partenaires LEGaTO du consortium, fournira le premier \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me full stack europ\u00e9en enti\u00e8rement open source bas\u00e9 sur la technologie RISC-V.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Le projet VEDLIoT (Very Efficient Deep Learning in IoT) rassemble 5 partenaires LEGaTO et est dirig\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Bielefeld pour d\u00e9velopper une plate-forme IoT qui utilise des algorithmes d&rsquo;apprentissage profond r\u00e9partis dans le continuum IoT pour atteindre des performances et une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legato-project.eu\">www.legato-project.eu<\/a>; <a
